Walk up 16 steps to a front porch where a large concrete pelican invites you to sit down and enjoy an ocean view and a great breeze. Two rocking chairs and an outside dining table/chairs offer a place for morning coffee or an evening meal. You can also enter this house from inside the garage. Either way you will step into a soothing blue and green haven with low country art and tasteful nautical décor.

This home is directly on the beach with a pathway to the beach and with amazing views. The home is beautiful, comfortable and in a wonderful location. This is the place to go to get away from all the hustle and bustle. There is plenty to do as well. There are 4 forts in the area for the history nut, the lighthouse is a great place to visit and Savannah is a short 15 minute drive. Food is out of this world. You don't have the main restaurant chains on the Island, but the small local places have great food. The people here are very friendly as well. The only recommendation I would give is to bring plenty of bug spray. The mosquitos are numerous, but they don't prevent you from having a great vacation. There is plenty for all ages to do or you can just enjoy the home and the beach. Our family would with out a doubt like to vacation here again.
