Be one of our first guests to enjoy this fabulous home with all the amenities and perfect location. Our 4 bedroom 3 bath duplex is brand new and features a spacious floor plan. It is fully equipped with all the comforts of home. Each room has been carefully decorated to reflect the comforts of coastal living. This area is so unique and beautiful. The wildlife and marshes provide a picture perfect setting for a beach home. It is so easy to get around on the island. We frequently walk to the local attractions and restaurants. My husband and I celebrated our honeymoon 15 years ago in Savannah Georgia. We fell in love with the area and come several times a year to enjoy this wonderful place.

Mandy, the owner, was so helpful, making our decision easy to stay here with senior citizens. The kitchen was the best equipped we've ever seen. It was spotless and quiet between floors. The porches were roomy and nice. The elevator was the highlight, making it possible for our parents to get around safely. it was an easy stroll to the beach and shopping. and it was close to aJs for supper. To reach the "outlook" on top you have to be agile, but the view was worth it. Take a chair and binoculars with you. Our parents didn't feel safe going through the little door since they'd have to get on their hands and knees. But for the under 60 crowd, it's a cinch! We would come back here for sure! it is perfect for us! and the price is very reasonable. Mandy is a great owner and so helpful with questions. we'll be back i'm sure!

Enjoyed our annual girl friend get away at the house. Being all seniors the elevator was a big help with suitcases and grocery unloading. Mandy, the owner was super to work with and the house was perfect. Lots of room, nice location easy walk to downtown Tybee.
