The photos don't lie -- the house really was as gorgeous as it looked online. It was a block from Tybrisa, the main street with loads of great food, ice cream shops, souvenir stores, bars, etc. Two blocks from the pier, and a literal stone's throw from the beach.
The inside was clean and comfy. We traveled with a group -- including four toddlers -- and the house never felt cramped. The kitchen was nicer than my own! And the porch was perfect for enjoying the breeze in the evening once the kids were asleep.
One nitpicky thing: There's no top lock or interior lock on the front door (it's a keypad entry) which meant my two-year-old was able to escape anytime he wanted. We tried to keep an eye, but it meant I couldn't go to the bathroom or take a shower without someone standing guard. It was a little nerve-wracking in the mornings as well -- I had to make sure I was awake first. I wouldn't dock a star for that, since it only applies to people with a toddler going through the "houdini phase" -- just mentioning it for anyone in the same boat :)
Overall, awesome stay and TVR made it super-easy and stress-free! -

This accommodation was fantastic - Location, cleanliness, amenities this house is truly a luxury house.
Dealing with Tybee vacation rentals was uncomplicated, with safe financial transactions and easy check in - check out procedures.
In summary a stress free enjoyable experience. -

The Customer service on the phone when making the reservation was excellent, the people in the office when we picked up our packet were professional and extremely nice, which started our vacation experience off to be an excellent time and then to top it off the place was everything they said it would be! It was extremley clean and nice. All the amenities they said were included were and then some. I would highly recommend staying here and will be back again.

On our last visit to Tybee Island we arrived around midnight to the office to pick up the keys to our guest house. it took us a while to get there so we had no choice but to call for instructions. although it was very late, we where supported with the most kinds and warm service. it was a great beginning to a wonderful vacation. The house itself was very spacious, comfortable and clean. we (7 members of the family) had a great time walking few minutes from the house to the beach, relaxing and even enjoy a super perfect Elton John's concert.

Our location was perfect. The villa provided everything 3 families needed. A lot of steps in the villa but still wonderful. Close to the beach, shopping and food, we fell in love with Tybee and it's family atmosphere. Check in and check out couldn't have been easier and plan to use Tybee Vacation Rentals when we go back in December.

The house is well-equiped for vactioners. The rooms are big, the bar is great for entertaining, the kitchen had everything we needed to celebrate my daughter's graduation. The only probelm we had was that the aC went out one night and wasn't fixed until about 24 hours later.

From the very first contact with Tybee Vacation Rentals on-line, to our last phone call at check-out, I felt that everyone was very helpful, welcoming and accommodating. From the minute we walked in the front door, we found everything about the condo exceeded the descriptions. It easily housed 10 of us with plenty of space so we could be off on our own if we wanted. The beds were very comfortable, furnishing was nice and kitchen was fully equipped. The 1/2 block walk to the beach was quick and easy to make. I would not recommend this for anyone who has trouble climbing stairs, because three of the bedrooms are on the 3rd floor one of our family members is elderly and has difficulty climbing stairs, so that 2nd floor bedroom worked well for her.
