Left on 12/15/2012 for a stay in July 2012
This was our first stay in a condo. I expected more to be honest. The office personnel left our keys and info in a lock box outside their office and walked right by us as we were collecting our keys. They did greet us, but did not ask if we needed any directions or help. When we got to the condo we noticed immediately that it was not clean. There was a lot of mold on the shower curtains and on the air vents. There was hair in the shower and the toliets had not been cleaned. There was also pizza or some kind of food under the couch cushions. I contacted the office the next morning (since they had closed already) and they assured me they would take care of it. They brought us more towels and changed out our shower curtain, but by then I had already cleaned the place. I was also told that I would be reimbursed the cleaning fee, but that took me another two weeks of calling afterwards to finally sort out. The wifi was not very good either. We got lucky to get it down at the pool sometimes and were finally able to connect inside our condo the last day or two of our stay. The views from this condo were nice for watching dolphins, but I would recommend staying at the south end of the island if you want a nicer beach and better swimming. The pool was small, but usually not too crowded. I enjoyed Tybee and the area, but will not stay here or with this company again.
