Beach Bliss vacation rental is the entire ground level of a 1950's Tybee cottage split into a duplex located only 2 houses back from the beach in a great mid-island location. The home was redecorated in February 2012 and offers guests a nice beach vacation in a cottage style full of charm. This is an excellent choice for vacationing families. The style, layout, and location on a quiet private lane will offer a great overall vacation experience.

I enjoy hitting beaches in the winter, and this getaway was first rate! The family owners of our beach house were celebrating Christmas Eve when we arrived, and kindly welcomed us. It was private, calm, and beautiful the rest of the week. It was just a great house, close to the dunes, and close to the beach path. Just wonderful...from the house to the community to the rental company. Strongly recommend a pleasant, quiet getaway here. The summer might end up being totally different, but this was what I wanted, when I wanted it!

We loved having a nice TV in the bedrooms and ceiling fams everywhere. The screened in porch was a nice feature. Overall we enjoyed our trip and will probably ask for Beach Bliss again. It would be nice if the walk to the beach was a little easier, but it was not bad.

Beach Bliss was a perfect rental for us for our girls' weekend. Not fancy -- but an updated, old-feel beachy retreat. Upper level screened in porch had nice view of the ocean. One of the bedrooms had bunks and a 1/2 bath but no aC or ceiling fan. Was pretty toasty in there, but otherwise comfy. Location was off the beaten path but everything is within a few minutes drive -- or if you like to walk only 15-20 mins walk down the beach to the main beach & pavilion area. The rental agency was very helpful and friendly -- and did a follow up call the day after our arrival to make sure everything was ok.

This is a great place to stay for a family who needs a little r & r. You are far enough away from the night owls to really take in the peace and serenity that Tybee has to offer.
You could not ask for better people upstairs who were always so cheerful and helpful.
The only drawback is it lists that you are only a few yards from the beach, well that is true, but you cannot access the beach directly. With the help of our upstairs hosts, they showed us the shortcut to the beach without walking completely around the block.
Otherwise this was a great vacation for our entire family, which included kids and grandkids. -

We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were great! we had everything we needed there. My three grandchildren enjoyed having a yard to play in and the short distance from the beach was a plus, particularly when you have children and numerous items to carry. We hope to stay here again...we will have four grandchildren with us next year!!

Easy check in and check out. The home was great and convenient to beach and town.
My kids and I throughly enjoyed it and we would definitely rent Beach Bliss again.
Only negative was we had to end our vacation.
