We stayed here a few years ago and have been looking forward to the day we can return. Tybee is the best beach for families with young kids as well as teens. The southern area feels safe for teens to explore souvenier, pizza, tee-shirt and gelato shops without parents hovering nearby. All are within walking distance of this great house. Check in was quick and convenient. Beautifully decorated home with all kitchen amenities plus great extras like elevator and rooftop deck for a quiet spot to have a cocktail or nap. Beach is very clean and easily accessed just one house away from the walkway. Far enough from the pavillion where there is more activity. Lots of sea creatures to observe when tide is out. Master bedroom suite is luxurious and beautiful...wish there was a third bathroom so kids didn't have to share, but we survived. Would definitely rent again. Wanted a week but could only get 5 days because of prior reservation, but next time...

My family and I rented this property during Christmas. It was the first time we decided to leave home for holidays. We had a ball. The property is gorgeous and spacious. We loved it and plan to rent it again in the near future.
