This three bedroom, two bath waterfront home will offer its guests a unique waterfront vacation experience in a gated community most vacationers don't even realize exists. The large lot of over 1.5 acres is shaded with ancient oak trees and has more than 300 feet of direct water-frontage on Tybee's Back River with amazing panoramic views of the the river flowing out to the ocean, uninhabited Little Tybee Island, and the most amazing sunset location on Tybee. Watch the dolphins play, catch fish, crab off the dock, and more! This property is an outdoor enthusiasts dream with access to a deep water dock located on the property. Bring your boat,... kayak, and fishing gear and enjoy the feel of staying on your own exclusive slice of the island.

The cottage itself has many special touches including original slate floors, real bamboo walls in the living area, and an amazing decorative stone fireplace. The main area of the home has an open floor plan, great views, and opens onto a large covered and screened porch perfect for relaxation and dining. Endless Summer has all of the modern conveniences including a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer and dryer, and central heat and air. The living area includes combined table seating for 8-10, comfortable furnishings, 42in flat screen TV with DVD and stereo with 5 disc CD which includes auxiliary port for plugging in your MP3 or iPod. There is also a Queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping capacity.

The master bedroom of the home is furnished with a King bed and offers an attached bath with walk-in shower. The two guest bedrooms have a Queen bed and 2 Twin beds. There is an additional full bath off the living area which was fully renovated in early 2012.

Guests have shared access to the private dock located at the corner of the property (property owner retains access rights as well). The dock includes a covered and well-furnished seating area, outdoor shower, full sink, is lighted, and has a 30ft floating dock. Launch your boat from Chimney Creek Marina on Tybee which is just a short boat ride away.

Parking is available for 4 vehicles max or 3 vehicles and a boat trailer. Endless Summer is pet friendly for one (1) adult dog weighing less than 20lbs. The fireplace shown in the photos is not a working fireplace. Charcoal grill and high speed wireless internet are available for guest use.

Beach Access: To access the beach you will need to travel by car or by watercraft. (Note: Tybee is a pay to park community and charges for all public parking places). Those experienced on the water (with boats, kayaks, or jet skis) that are looking to enjoy a unique beach experience are encouraged to visit the beaches of Little Tybee Island located just across the Back River (which are dog friendly, unlike Tybee).

About Little Tybee Island: A pure, uninhabited nature preserve, accessible only by boat, Little Tybee is actually more than twice Tybee Island’s size. This wilderness gem showcases rich coastal salt marshes; pristine beaches; natural dunes and subtropical forests of live oak, pine, and palm. Wildlife includes egrets, herons, white ibis and the endangered woodstork. Roseate spoonbills, ospreys and bald eagles are also often seen. Camping is allowed on the island.

  I recently had a memorable stay for my autumn Equinox observance. This is w/o a doubt the most picturesque and pleasant view on the island. I disappeared for several days onto the spacious screened porch listening to the sounds of a salt marsh, marking the tides' shift, watching the sunsets. My bare feet enjoyed the slate floor in the great room. When it was time to stretch our legs, the nearby pond was jumping with fish and waterfowl. Fun for one - paradise for a couple - perfect for a "working" vacation. I'm plotting a return stay.
