Southern Charm will offer guests plenty of space to spread out along with a relaxing location in a small quiet subdivision on the North end of Tybee Island, with beach access only 100 yards away. This new construction home offers all of the modern touches like bamboo wood floors, granite counter-tops, and a great open floor plan. The 3 master bedrooms each have attached baths and balconies and all have flat screen TV's. There is a fourth bedroom with a Queen along with a sleeper futon in the open sitting area on the top level which also has a custom built bar with a flat screen TV. The house is wonderful, roomy, well-kept. It had everything we needed to have our extended family all in one location without tripping over everyone and their things. The main living space is huge and begs everyone to sit and enjoy eachother's company over food and drinks. The private bedrooms and bathrooms gave everyone their own space and privacy. The hot tub is a nice plus. Though on the north side all of Tybee is easily accessible by bikes that we rented from Tim's and had pre stationed at the house. What an easy and fun trip!

This was my first time staying at this location and I'm still amazed with the home and the perks that came along with it.I stayed here with my cousins for an all girls getaway and we had a blast. The house was clean,well kept and had everything we need.It truly was a home away from home for me.Would absolutely stay here again!!!

The house was well equipped and maintained. Kitchen had everything we needed to make a holiday dinner for 12 (roast turkey and all trimmings). Loved the sand castle buckets - highlight of trip. Very close to beach and the cutest shops on Tybee. Great location. Tvr representatives very responsive - brought extra blankets when asked; dealt with nighttime raccoons effectively, and generally great at providing info before our stay. We had family in the area, so knew about the grocery stores on nearby Wilmington Island - recommend that vs the Tybee Market.

Lovely house - Packed Kitchen full of anything you might need! Comfortable funishings - Cozy enough for two and large enough for 12 without feeling cramped! Wonderful Bathrooms, Many spacious decks about the property, Jacuzzi was super fun! Only downsides were proximity to atlantic Ocean (close to beach / intercoastal) but a good 20 minute hike to atlantic. Also lack of Garage Door Opener - making having a garage a bit of chore ... Run in ... run down stairs to open the garage to pull in. Would definately recommend to someone this property - however not a good stay for elderly or folks w/ disabilities as the stairs can be quite trying and there isnt an elevator.
