Just 17 minutes from Beautiful downtown historic Savannah GA, (the prettiest city in America, and one of the prettiest cities in the world) you will find the quiet island of Tybee. Tybee island is just 3 miles long and at the narrow end where our home is located, it's just 1/2 mile wide. You can wake up in the morning and walk down to see the sunrise and then that evening you can walk to the other end of the island to watch the sunset. Many celebrities live within walking distance of our home.

This is a wonderful home with loads of space and the best location around. Walking distance to everywhere! The porches are great for early morning coffee or relaxing watching the sunset. You won't be disappointed!

It was a delight to spend our vacation at Tybee Island Joy. The owners were extremely helpful; the accommodations were spacious and airy and beautifully decorated, yet as comfortable as our favorite pair of slippers. We woke to the sound of the ocean, walked a short distance to a great breakfast place, and spent time exploring the island. At the end of exhilarating days, it was good to have such a wonderful place to call home, if only temporarily. It was a place to breathe in, breathe out, and be happy.
