This was a very lovely rental with a great view. Very clean and had everything we needed. I also has a very well kept pool and Tennis courts. Unfortunately, we could not enjoy the beach area because it was very windy and tide was so high that it would cover the entire beach area, due to bad weather and the beach area was very narrow. Thankfully, Savannah was very close so, that was a great plus. Ultimately, we had a lovely vacation.

Enjoyed the island as we always do even with the rain. The dolphins were jumping and the views were great from 321a. Went to Wormsloe Historic Site in Savannah. It was great. The family is amazing through out its history. Cant wait for next year!!!

This is probably the best unit in the whole complex, if you're looking for peace and quiet. My mom and I really enjoyed it. My one quibble with our whole experience is that the unit is not very accessible to anyone with mobility issues. My mom does not require a wheelchair, but a lot of walking and stairs just really wear her out. The elevator is on the opposite end of the building from this unit, and one still has to climb five or six stairs to get to it. There is a wheelchair ramp about in the middle of the building, but it accesses the second floor only. So she could use the ramp to get to the second floor, walk half the building to the elevator to the third floor, then walk the whole building back down to the unit. Too much walking for her! That was probably the only thing about the whole experience at this rental that bugged me. The property is clean and well-managed. The view from this unit cannot be beat. Mom really enjoyed watching the dolphins and cargo ships from our balcony.

Location is great. The beach is quiet, nice for walking and watching birds. Great spot to watch the dolphin and ship traffic. The condo itself could have been cleaner & would be small for 4 people. Kitchen is very small and there's no dishwasher or disposal. The building in general is noisy and in major need of cleaning and maintenance. Rental agent was friendly and helpful. Read more
Thank for choosing us for your Tybee vacation and the kind words for our rental sales staff. We're glad you enjoyed the location on the Island, but regret the property was not fully to your liking. We have shared your feedback with the owner and condo association on amenities they can upgrade within the property to improve guest experiences. Great guest feedback helps us provide the best Tybee vacation stay possible, and we sincerely hope you will return in the future.
Great- we loved the views

We stayed in this unit before and greatly appreciated the new king bed. The sliding door to the deck wouldn't lock for us. The shower had "dirt" in the corners-don't know if that is cleanable or not. Everything else was excellent.
So close you could almost touch a Dolphin.

North Beach of Tybee Island is perfect if you like a laid back vacation. Perfect views from the balcony, whether your watching cargo ships, shrimp boats,or Dolphins at play. Local restaurants were amazing, never a bad meal. Savannah was 15 minutes away, we made a couple ventures to the Historic District. We will come back time and again. Just a fabulous stay.

Stayed here with my gf for a just over a week and loved it. North Tybee has a more mellow feel and gives you a different experience, while being a short distance from the main beach. This year we upgraded to this unit for the perfect water view! This unit was perfect, clean, has a great shower and the upgrades they have made are ideal for the "Tybee/Savannah" feel. A white couch would not be my first pick the decor was well assembled.
One note: the very open concept is great for a couple, but doesn't lend itself to more than two people or more if you are very comfortable with each other and don't require too much privacy. Then again, unless its raining the only reason not to be on the beach or out and about is to mix a drink and enjoy the view.
Tvr- can't say enough about this company, they do a great job, and treat guests better than any management company i know on the East Coast.

The unit was very cozy and clean. Although, the white couch has stains and the dining room chairs are very uncomfortable. We loved the lights, fan and table on the balcony! The Beach & Racquet club need more signs so it is easier to find. We were told there wasn't much wave action and we were very disappointed because it was just like being at the lake. But we saw several dolpins playing in the water everyday we were there and that was very exciting to see! Our view from our balcony was excellent! Pack lightly when staying in this unit because the elevator is a long way away and pulling those suitcases up 3 flights of stairs was tough. Overall this was a great vacation. The Beach & Racquet club is very quite and clean.
Best Unit at an Excellent Location

This is my favorite location on Tybee, and this is the best unit at this location. It overlooks the bay with views of dolphins, shrimp boats, and the shipping channel with ships going in and out. The beach itself is quieter than the more popular atlantic Ocean frontage. I actually prefer this location to the ocean. Check in and check out was easy. I would recommend this rental.

We absolutely loved the view that our condo had; we loved sitting out on the balcony watching the ships come and go, and the sunsets were absolutely beautiful!! The condo was perfect...the perfect size for a couple, had all the necessary amenities plus some, the double shower was wonderful, and it was beautifully decorated.
We will defintely be back, and working with Tybee Vacation Rentals was so easy, which is always a plus in my book!! Thanks to you guys for a wonderful vacation --
one that we'll never forget!!

We were in need of a much needed rest with peace and solitude and wanted a place to have a direct walk out to the beach with a view of the shore and water clearly from a deck or porch. We had also wanted a beach cottage but soon realized they were out of our price range or not available. I told the sales person at the Tybee vacation rental office what I wanted and she recommended this unit. It was everything I had asked for in location and view and then to my surprise, when we arrived it was decorated just like a cottage. I also was pleasantly surprised to arrive, finding it was in a gated community which made us feel secure. I was uncertain about finding a place on an internet website but the rental office made me feel they were for real, and indeed they were. They were so organized, helpful and friendly, too. We ventured over to Savanna and found the location of the unit was convenient for doing so. We drove to the south of the island a few times but found we appreciated the seclusion of our space and our beach was away from the crowds. Our unit was clean and fresh and the decor was perfect. We loved eating from the colorful dishes. At a certain time of the day, the wall color is the same color as the water outside. The unit was situated where we saw the sunrise in the morning thru the windows then saw the sunset from the deck with a pleasant natural light throughout the day. We enjoyed relaxing inside for the view and comfort of it. We were high up on the 3rd floor but felt like we were in the trees. Down below, between us and the beach, was just sand, brush and some palms.(no humans! but a couple if cats and 1 racoon did stroll by) which kept things quiet. The whole experience made us say to each other, "Let's move here."
Thank you for a wonderful vacation. We are still remembering it fondly.
Wonderful view at very comfortable place.

The close view of the bay was absolutely wonderful.
Visitors need to be aware that although there is an elevator, steps are still required for access, so those with mobility problems need to ask about this.
The unit was very comfortable and inviting.

This is at least our sixth stay at SB&RC; and our second in this apartment. This one is the best of all. The walk-in shower is wonderful, plus the other remodeling is so well done. We enjoy sitting on the balcony and watching the dolphins, birds, boats and ships--plus long walks on the beach.

We loved this very private, quiet end unit in the far corner of the building. The view is simply unsurpassed! We loved sitting on the balcony-or in the living room- and watching dolphins, ships, fishing boats, jet skis, and sailboats just in front of our eyes. Nothing between us and the water but the dunes.
The condo was thoughtfully and beautifully decorated with wonderful touches that showed pride of ownership. It was homey but elegant all at once.
We enjoyed the boardwalk out to the beach and the pool area.
The only drawback of this property is the location of the elevator. It's a third floor unit at the very front(best view!) and the only elevator is at the complete opposite end of the building. The ramp from the ground floor is mid building. So if you cannot or choose not to do stairs, you walk a lot in a hot passageway just to get to your unit. We knew this going in and chose to do it anyway, and in fact would do it again! But if you have physical limitations at all, it is something to consider. My husband had knee surgery earlier this year, and a month before we visited, he literally would not have been able to walk the distance required.
We hope to enjoy this wonderful property again in the future

Loved our visit. Clean, well stocked, great views of bay, quiet, good location, loved the tiled double shower.
Only complaints- sliding door to patio was very hard to open. And bed was very unstable, seemed to have bent or broken supports and not very comfortable.
Would I stay hear again? a big yes :)

We really enjoyed our stay at Tybee Beach and Racquet, although it was much too short a stay. The condo was clean and well appointed with a great beach view. We could sit on our deck and watch the dolphins play. All in all it was a great experience. Shannon was great and I would definitely work with her again!

The decor is very nice and new! Gave the place a real cap-cod feel. The views were great. A blessing to get up each day and sit on the porch and see the shrimp ships, the big boats, the birds, the dolphins and the cat family that lived in the dunes! Then there was the water refreshing. Walk on the beach was nice. Great location! We enjoyed Tybee Island and will come back one day for sure!nd

My wife and I drove accross 3 states to Get to Tybee Island, Ga. to stay at the Beach and Racquet vacation home. The location was the best ever! We left our balcony door open every night so we could hear the waves crashing onto the shore. This was the most peaceful trip I have ever taken. The condo was was very relaxing and clean. When I first looked at the pictures, I wondered if this was really private. It almost looked to me that the balcony was open to the neighbors - but, no it's a mirror. The view was great, the balcony was private. It was very quiet and peaceful. I could just walk to the beach. I would definitely stay there again.
I would recommend this rental.

Our condo was very beautiful and comfortable. The colors were nice and the marble floors were polished. The kitchen and
bathroom was clean and the staff who greeted us was very, very nice. The view from our balcony was spectacular...we watched the dolphins swim in the evenings and the pelicans feed in the morning. I would always recommend this place and i hope to return there this fall. If you live in the Savannah area, it is a great "staycation".

We enjoyed this cute, well equipped condo although we were quite cramped with our two teenagers. The bed is very comfortable with nice linens. Best part of the whole deal is the fantastic view of the sound. Beach swimming is not allowed where we were. It would be a drive. The company we rented from was great.

We were unhappy with the location. It was too far from the main beach, not enough wave action,we were more on the bay part of the island.
