Great unit! Tybee Vacation Rentals did a great job making checking in and communicating very easy. The unit was clean and very well equipped. We realized we needed sheets for the pull out bed and TVR delivered them promptly. (I sort of thought they should have had them there as well as enough towels since they knew ahead of time how many people were staying in the unit). Regardless, it was a nice stay and we enjoyed combing the beach for shells and taking trips into Savannah. We especially liked that we were able to rent per night rather than per week since we were only there for 3 days.

We rented a one bedroom condo in early March.We liked the location which is a twenty minute drive to the historic area of Savannah, as well as its proximity to the beach and walking distance to great restaurants and the Tybee Lighthouse complex.The condo was well equipped,clean, quiet and very comfortable and the rental office couldn't have been more helpful, they even have free dvd's to borrow. It was very cold and windy when we went but there was plenty to do on Tybee and in Savannah. The local hot spot, Huc a Poos pizzaria was excellent and very reasonable and just a 10 minute walk from the complex. It's nestled in a funky enclave of neat, artsy shops. The price for the condo was very reasonable. Our only suggestion for improvement would be that since this is a Beach and Racquet Club, there didn't seem to be a system for connecting players for tennis in the three beautiful courts.It would be helpful to have sign up board perhaps in the laundry room where visitors could meet up for games or other activities.

Having no experience of the Georgia coast. I can't say enough about our stay. Gated community, clean and pleasant facility.. Bedroom was a bit small. Otherwise the unit was great. Tvr was attenative, called to make sure checkin went smoothly and I had the impression that if there was, which there was not any issue it was only a phone call a way to be corrected. I would highly rate TVR as doing what they said when they said. It was a great trip. The georgia Coast is absolutely wonderful. We had plans to spend more time exploring Savannah. However during our stay the weather was wonderful, the Island was not at all crowded and we elected to just stay and enjoy the ocean view and comfort of the island.

My family has stayed at Tybee Vacation Rentals three times and each visit gets better. This condo is very nice and the decorations reflect the beach atmosphere. Only steps to the beach and pools. Staff were friendly and helpful.My favorite part of my vacation was how the resort is family friendly. We would like to spend our next vacation here.

Every thing from start to finish went very well for us. Check-in was smooth and easy. We had a small problem with our bathroom sink that was promptly taken care of during the week and check-out was just as easy. The location was exactly as advertised with the beach right in front of us. We could watch the dolphins play from our balcony and watch the ships come and go. Our entire stay was very enjoyable.

We enjoyed our stay at Beach and Raquet. Room was nice beach wasn't very crowded, and enjoyed watching the dolphins n ships. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen very well equiped. Only thing I didn't like was that we had to wash our own towels. There was no change machine and we had to walk to 2nd floor to do laundry bc for some reason our laundry room was locked.

I love a clean rental and I'm hard to please, but this was just right. There was even a "secret" nook for my 5 year old. Great place for parents with 2 small kids.

First time staying at the north end of Tybee. This is my overall favorite spot on Tybee and will continue to stay there. Our rental was wonderful and will definetly stay again and will recommend to family and friends. It was the perfect place with everything you need. I did not want to leave. We will be booking again within the next 30 days!

My family and I had the best stay. The view from the balcony was excellent. The kids were able to go swimming and we could still keep an eye on them. The walk to the beach was unbelievable. You didn't even have to touch concrete. Some people would rather stay on South beach to have access to the public beach, but North beach is the best hands down. Watching the dolphins was amazing. All of us were sad to leave but that just makes returning that much better

A great get-a-way. Clean, quiet, great view of dolphins, freighters, shrimp boats. Well kept up complex. Bedroom was a little cramped. Other than that it was a wonderful experience. Was a little disappointed that it was not directly on the atlantic Beach but we did have a more than adequate beach which was great for walking. If you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing vacation, this is the place. And it was just a short drive to restaurants, etc.

I would like to have known that there were no luggage carts and that carrying everything to the third floor was necessary. I was told that the unit had a dishwasher and it did not. The complex was very nice and other than the dishwasher the condo was as advertised. First time visitors to the island probably find it confusing that the advertisement shows beach views when the complex is not actually on the beach/ocean. It would have been helpful had that fact been made clear.

We really enjoyed our stay on Tybee Island and plan to return sometime in the future. The condo B320 was VERY VERY CLEAN and just the right size for my husband and myself. The location was excellent in relation to Savannah. The couch was very uncomfortable to sit on although not in bad looking condition.The TV had bad reception although we could still watch it. I was even able to use my laptop even though the condo does not have wireless the pool area does and we were close enough to access internet somewhat. The last nite we stayed I was getting into bed and there was a huge roach that totally freaked me out however, I do believe it came in through a gap at the front door since the whole week we were there I did not see one other bug inside. I would suggest that some repairs be done to the the front door to seal the gaps and couch be replaced. It also seemed kind of like an Apt complex rather than a vacation complex and got a little noisy accross the parking lot in the A building. The view from our balcony was fair but the upkeep accross in the other building A left alot to be desired. We will definately return to Tybee Island and Savannah but probably would not choose this complex to stay again.

The quality of this condo was fantastic; it had a particularly nice kitchen area and was very well resourced.We hd never stayed in a rented apartment before but it was so lovely and useful that we would certainly like to do so again. The swimming pool area just a few steps away was very appropriate and the equally nearby beach area was nicely relaxed. The position of the Beach and Racquet is excellent because it is not too far from some nice local shops and restaurants and it is not a madly busy area.We would definitely recommend couples or familes to stay there.

When I called for the reservation I was assured that this condo was ocean front. When I got on your web site it wasn't so I called twice and I just got put off that it was a nice room and there were not any other vacancies. We started to cancel but we love Tybee Island and Savannah so decided to keep the reservation. We were very disappointed with the view and we feel we were mislead when making the reservations. I do not think that we will be staying at this vacation property again.
