The house was clean and had everything we needed for a rushed wedding weekend. We had 8 in the house and though small we didn't bump into each other. It was very close to the lighthouse where the wedding was and only a short drive down to the pier area. The staff for the rental were very pleasant and helpful through the whole rental process. I would use them again.

The stay at Beach Song and Tybee Island was great the only thing was the Bed in the master bed room was way to hard! I had to sleep on the couch each night, but beside that we did love the place! The only other thing that was not that great; was the weather, it rained 5 days of the 7 days we where there.

We had a wonderful experience for our first ever trip to Tybee Island. We stop by the rental office a couple hours early and was able to get our keys and go right to the house. The service was top notch as i had done the reservation ahead of time and all the paperwork was complete. The house was only a short walk to the beach and it was everything the description had mentioned. We are already setting our sites for next year to stay longer.

The vacation rental check-in personnel were awesome, they greeted us with a warm welcome and a travel package. The property was exceptional, nicely decorated, great location to shopping/dining, grocery store and terrific beach access. I would highly recommend this property and my family and I have found a place that we will visit numerous times.

We really enjoyed this location because we had so much room. It was also nice to be so close to the lighthouse. The only complaint was that the children were unable to play in the fenced yard because there were several ant hills and they were bitten several times. They did, however, enjoy the pool table and sitting area downstairs.

This house easily accomodated grandparents with kids & grandkids. Plenty of seating for dining. It was close to the lighthouse and pleasant drive into Savannah.

The house was very comfortable. The children enjoyed the yard and it was an easy walk to the beach. I would recommend tht the carpet be cleaned, streatched or replaced and the screan in the lower level be repaired. Otherwise our stay was completely enjoyable and we wish we could have stayed there longer. Loved the layout of the house.

Great house for a long weekend stay. We had 6 guests, and it was a good size for our group (sleeping 10 would be tight). The house had a game table and a grill. The rooms and beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and residential, but not a long walk from the beach. The island is small, so everything on it is only a short drive away.

We had a great couple of days on Tybee Island staying at Beach Song. The property is very conveniently located to the lighthouse and beach access--all within a 5 minute walk. We definitely prefer the North end of the island for quieter beaches and a less touristy feel. The house was very open and surprisingly large feeling for our group of 10, and you can't beat the price. The kitchen was very nice and large and well stocked, and the fenced in yard was wonderful.
If I could change one thing, it would have been looking for a property that did not allow pets. While I'm sure it is wonderful to be able to bring a pet to Beach Song, we were disappointed in the significant amount of pet hair on the rugs and furniture. We also had some minor problems finding enough bedding in the house, so I would recommend bringing along some pillows if you stay there.
We were overall quite pleased with our time at Beach Song, and found Tybee Island a great place to visit. -

My family and I enjoyed our stay. My parents had their morning cup of coffee on the upper deck, the kids stayed on the lower level playing pool and our puppy loved the fenced backyard. The home was comfortable and felt like home. We took walks to the beach and went by the fish market right around the corner every day for fresh seafood. Overall, our stay was very relaxing and fun. Thanks for a great experience!
