This unit has bamboo floors, ceramic tile, granite counter tops, custom cabinetry and stainless appliances in the kitchen. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The facility is a bit odd in how you have to go through the garage to get to everything-other units, the beach, the pool. This unit needs the carpet changed in the bedrooms. As a whole the unit was great. We will stay again.

We very much enjoyed our stay at The Brass Rail in Unit 114. The unit was clean, comfortable, and convenient. We especially appreciated the covered two-car parking. The elevator was key, since my husband has a bad knee and stairs are difficult for him. The covered porch was very nice and we loved the large size. All the furniture was comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped. Your check-out procedure made departure quick and easy. We would certainly choose the Brass Rail if we return to Tybee in the future.

This condo is every bit as nice as the online pictures show - beautifully decorated, spacious, super clean! The only minor problem we encountered was not knowing we needed to check in at the Tbvr office a few miles away - we had incorrectly assumed that there was a rental office at the site. Once we found the office, though, service was fast, friendly, and very helpful with suggestions for getting around Tybee. The condo itself was perfect and had everything we needed for our stay, except of course for food. It is steps away from a beautiful beach and the Tybee pier. The swimming pools were large and well maintained. We had a wonderful, relaxing 3 day stay, and can't wait to go back again.

We absolutely loved everything about this trip!! It was our first visit to Tybee Island and we will definitely be going back. We really liked the complex Brass Rail Villas and the condo that we stayed in (114), it will be hard to stay anywhere else but here on future visits. The condo was clean and very spacious. The pool area was nice and clean also.

We are an extremely busy family with 2 very active kids. By Spring break time, we have just about run out of gas. #114 Brass Rail was just what we needed. Beautiful home with everything we needed. Location was great - so easy to get to the beach or just stay at the pool. Easy access to the shops, bikes, etc. Felt like we could just relax and get recharged and that we did. Had a great time and would hightly recommned #114 Brass Rail - clean, clean, clean! Fully equipped too. All the comforts of home and then some.

Our rental was very clean and a very short walk to the beach! The location was nice and a very easy walk to shops and restaurants. The rooms were a nice size and the master bath was awesome! Our only complaint was the stove top did not work very well. On high heat it took almost an hour and a half to fry some bacon. We gave up and didn't try to fix anything else. Luckily there were several places close to get food.

I just want to start out by saying that the staff at Tybee Vacation Rentals was wonderful and I would highly recommend them. When we arrived at Brass Rail Condo and checked everything out, it was exactly what we were told it would be, the website was very helpful too! The location was great, in walking distance to beach, shops, restaurants, the pier(which was awesome) etc. The beach had a nice handicapp access, which was very helpful since we had our 83 yr old grandmother with us, she also enjoyed the beach wheelchairs that we were able to access right near the condo. The condo was very nice, had everything we needed and the kids loved the pool which was right outside our balcony. The only problem that we experienced was that the gate code we were given didn't work, fortunatly, the groundkeeper was nearby to see we were having a problem and gave us another code to try. He said they had been experiencing some problems with the gate. Overall, we had a great experience, a great time and can't wait to visit again!

This was the perfect location for us- a quick walk to the beach and a quick walk to the strand. The unit was spacious and beautiful. 2 pools kept the 4 kids happy when we weren't at the beach. I highly recommend this unit and TVR.

The only problem with our entire stay was that the swimming pool was unbearably cold and the hot tub was luke warm. We are guessing something was broken and that this was unusual. The condo was beautiful and spacious. Overall, we had a great stay.

We're glad to see that you enjoyed your stay at the Brass Rail. Unfortunately the swimming pool is not heated. We passed along the hot tub comment to the Brass Rail and found out that they had trouble with the heating element in the tub. We hope the warm hot tub didn't inconveniene you too much. We enjoyed our four day stay at Brass Rails and would rent from this condominium again. It was cool the weekend we were there so would have preferred warmer weather but the hot tub came in very handy with regards to that issue. The condo was in a great location.

WOW!!
Let me start off by telling you that I have been taking my wife and children to Hilton Head Island for the last 15 years. We love it there. This year due to travel and scheduling conflicts we decided to try out Tybee Island. We had heard nice things about it but had never visited. I was a little reluctant after I started viewing some of the single familiy homes to rent. The theme of some of the homes was almost enough to send me searching in Savannah until we ran across another web site. Once I found Brass Rail I knew we were going to have a great trip. I tried working with another realty company but the OWNER Yes the OWNER of the company who answered the phone and was rude and not very helpful I thought I would try one more realty company handling rentals as Brass Rail. The nice lady that answered seemed very happy to help me find the right accomidations for my family. She described each unit and the general area. She offered suggestions on a couple other properties and then told me once I had made a decision and had time to view them online to call if she could be of further assistance. I remember hanging up the phone with the rep and calling my wife. I told her we found the right rental company to work with and I think she found us the perfect property for our vacation. Upon arriving at the rental office we were greated by very friendly staff members who quickly checked us in and offered their services if we needed anything. When we got to Brass Rail I as very happy to see how clean and well maintained the property was. Once we got into our unit we were THRILLED that we had chose this realty company and this property. I called the office to speak with the young lady to helped us out and THANKED her for all she had done to make our trip so Great. The property was Beautifully Decorated, Clean, & very welcoming. We would not hesitate to stay there again.
If your a fan of the GOOD LIFE and Like a clean, beautiful place to spend a week you have just found it!!
We will be back.

The place was beautiful and a short distance to the beach. It was also very close to restaurants and shops. Next time we would have to remember to bring extra dish towels, sponges, and hand soap for the bath rooms.

The Brassrail is great. Repeat user. Always love the property and location, including pool facility. Only problem this year was finding the condo dirty when we arrived. Mgmnt worked to make up for it. Even with this inconvenience, we plan to be back again.
