The main floor has a King bedroom, full bath off hall, and large kitchen with breakfast bar, dining room that seats 8, living room, and furnished screened porch. From the Internet search through the on-line reservation to the customer service at checkout this experience was pleasurable. The house itself was first rate and well-furnished. The security system simple and effective.

Our entire family had a wonderful time, I mean Tybee time! The house was very spacious and comfortable. The porches were fabulous, especially one night when a storm came and we were treated to a light show.

Tybee Vacation Rentals have always been great to work with. The home was beautiful and clean! The elevator was great since we had one person with knee problems and older folks with us. The location was good, and not crowded like the streets closer to the main street of Tybee. The cookware needed some updating, but we had the things we needed. The house had plenty of room for a large family.

We were greeted warmly by TVR upon arrival. They seemed very happy to see us; not just the usual here is your stuff and get going. The home was perfect for us; we had three separate families; each had their own "space" with plenty of common areas to gather. Age ranges of 60 to 30's to one 2 1/2 year old. Screened in porches were a bonus! We had two small things happen that required Joe to come and repair or replace. He is one special guy!

I booked the house for a trip to Savannah for my Girl Scout troop. Dealing with the staff at Tybee Vacation Rentals was very pleasant and painless. They were always helpful and answered all of my questions. The house was beautiful! It was exactly what we were expecting from the pictures and descriptions online. I have already recommended Tybee Vacations Rentals to other Girl Scout leaders. I hope my troop wants to return to Savannah so that we could stay in Double Happiness again!

I will always recommend Tybee Vacation Rentals to all of my friends and family I also would recommend Double Happiness as long as I wasn't planning on coming to stay because I will from now on call this unit my vacation home!! As a maater of fact I need to see about Beach Bum as well as Pirates Fest for next year now!!!

The house was beautiful, and more than we expected. Better than the photos on your website. However, the roach problem in the kitchen was unbearable. The problem seemed to originate from the dishwasher area. I found myself checking for roaches whenever I opened my dishwasher at home because I had become so programmed to be on the alert while there. The problem was so bad, I refused to use the kitchen at all. This resulted in me not being able to have my morning coffee. If the pest problem is resolved, this house could be perfect. We loved the open layout and the screened porches. The master bedroom was gigantic! I would love to return, if the roaches move out.

Double happiness is a very large and beautiful house. As with other reviewers, I did not want to leave. A problem I had was that the TV did not work, but luckily that problem was resolved. Tybee Vacation Rentals was the best rental company I had ever worked with. Katie O'connor was very friendly and extremely helpful with helping me find the house and she also helped me plan my whole trip, including helping me find things to do on tybee and in Savannah. The grill worked great. I loved the fact that the rental was pet-friendly, so my dog was happy she could come along. The elevator was convenient to bring luggage to the 3rd floor so we didn't have to carry it up 3 long flights of stairs. It also served well in assisting with grocery shopping, and also when we just came back from the beach so we could hop in the elevator and then hop right in the shower, without getting the rest of the house wet and sandy.
The main negative of the house was the distance to the beach. It was like 6 blocks, and quite hard to get to the beach walking, especially in the heat of the summer. -

My family and I really enjoyed Double Happines. The home was beautiful and the location was perfect for what were looking for with a small issue with distance from the city area. All in all we are looking to rent the location again next year for another event.

It rained and it rained and it rained. We spent most of our three-day vacation in the house. It was wonderful. I couldn't have asked for a more wonderfully appointed and comfortable home in which to spend our confinement. The kitchen became the nerve center with all the eating and drinking that went on. Anytime we needed a plate or pan or utensil, it was there. And the beds...ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. Thank you.

I am very glad that I found that home on the internet and will always use Tybee Vacation Rentals as my source for lodging whenever I come to the Savannah area. My friends and I have come twice in the past 6 months, the second time we could not get double happiness, but instead stayed at Bay Vista, which we loved also. THe homes were both very cleaned, well kept, and beautiful. The prices were excellent and I look forward to coming again in a few months.
