Kids can have the 2 bedrooms on the third floor (a bunk room with TV and VCR and a bedroom with 2 twins) plus a full bath. The second floor includes the living room, dining area, large kitchen with breakfast bar, 3 bedrooms with queen beds, 2 full baths, large kitchen with breakfast bar. The Hen House was perfect for our family vacation. We had 4 adults and 4 kids. The set up was perfect for kids with the private pool and the beach being close.

We cannot thank you enough for allowing us to stay in such a wonderful house. My four sisters and I, our daughters and our 95 yr old Mother had the time of our lives. Weather was beautiful and beach was awesome. Location was great not too far from the beach and main street and the neighbors are so nice. Look forward to coming back next year. Have a great summer!

My entire family (8 adults and 6 children) were able to fit comfortably in this house. We all met for a family vacation and the location was perfect. You can walk anywhere on Tybee from this location. The pool was a nice ammenity to have for the kids when they were tired of the beach. We are already planning our return for next year!

House is clean, great condition and in a great location. It has a pool but it was to cold to swim. As with most of the beach houses there are alot of steps to climb. Plenty of parking space. Would recommend this house for multiple families.

The administrative staff support was excellent. The house was good. Its living area was smaller than we have experienced with previous rentals. We didn't use the pool because it was still too cold. I don't think we will rent this house for spring break again because the pool is not heated. The house needs the inside painted .

This house was in a perfect location on Tybee. Close to the beach, within walking distance to restaurants and ice cream parlor. Tim's Bicycle rental just down the street. Having a swimming pool while vacation on Tybee is a must for us and this pool was kept very clean.

The folks at Tybee Rentals are great to work with. Always pleasant and their follow through was flawless.
We used all aspects of the house, front porch, pool,screened in porch,gas grill.
The kitchen was spacious and easy to cook and serve our meals and even though we had 14 people never did it seem too crowded.
We did all the things we wanted to do on the island and in Savannah.
I never thought one week could go so quickly!!

Some friends and I stayed at the Hen House. I arranged the trip and the whole process was made exceptionally easy and pleasant by the staff.
When I arrived to get our keys, the service rep at the counter told me a different check-out time than what was on the contract I signed. When I pointed out their error, they agreed to let us have the later check out time which I really appreciated (our trip was on the weekend before peak season, just before the check-out times change).
The house was clean, spacious, and just as the photos described. I would absolutely recommend this company to a friend. -

We had a wonderful time on Tybee! The Hen House was large enough for our family members to get together comfortably and we enjoyed the short walks to the beach and the shops. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Parking was the only concern we had but it was a busy week on the island.

The hen house is in the perfect location. We just stayed for the weekend but it was so relaxing. There was plenty of room for everyone. It is so open and spacious. You don't feel a bit cramped or crowded. And it is so close to everything. We took a lovely walk the first evening. The next day we walked to the beach and that night we walked to dinner. I didn't drive my car once, it was wonderful. I highly recommend this house to any family or group. It is ideal.

Tybee has been a long time vacation spot for our family. In fact, more than 50 years. My parents 'discovered' Tybee in the 1950's when my father was serving in the Air Force and was stationed in Savannah. There were many great family memories made at Tybee. Our stay at 'Hen House' is one more of the many happy and great experiences to add to our memories. The property was clean, spacious, quiet and accommodated our vacationing family quit nicely. 'Hen House' will definitely be our first choice on our next Tybee family vacation.
