We were walking distance to everything on the south part of the island. The home was perfect or our family of four and hen our extended amily came to ave dinner there was plenty of room for everyone to sit comfortably. The parking was very tight even for our smaller cars. Other than that we plan to return to tybee and we will use TVR again. Their service is awesome!

Was a nice place to stay for a girls' vacation, close to the beach and walkable to bars/ restaurants. We were pretty comfortable with 5 people in the unit. No carpet is nice for people like me who have allergies, but our bed sheets seemed a little worn/ had some small stains. Our fridge wasn't working the day we got there but we called about it and they replaced it with a new one by the time we had gotten back from dinner. We didn't utilize the deck as much as I thought we would because there's not much of a view and it's not very private because there are a ton of units in this place. Overall a pretty good value and a good place if you want to spend your days on the beach and your nights on the town.

This is our third year spending a week in the Fall on Tybee Island. The people are freindly and have that charm only Southerners have. We will definately be coming back next year.

The beach house we rented was just what we hoped for clean, spacious, nicely decorated and so close to the beach! I stayed for the week with my two 16 year old daughters, who had a great time at the house and exploring Tybee Island. We were all able to relax and have some much needed bonding time together. Check in and express check out was a breeze. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Our accomodations were pleasing to the eyes with bright nautical decor.However,the furniture was noticably worn since our previous visit.We loved the convenient location to the beach,and the area was quiet and relaxing.The kitchen was well equipped,but the garbage disposal was a little smelly.All in all,we were satisfied with the vacation.

We were not originally scheduled to stay at this property but because of a fire we were placed there. It was a pleasant surprise. The decor was awesome and it was very clean and comfortable. It's conveniently located to the pier, beach, and restaurants.

My friends and I stayed at Idle-a-while 2-B during the week of april26-30, 2011' . We loved the place! Very nice and very clean! Also it was close to the beach and With-in walking distance to all shops and several nice places to dine! We had a great vacation and plan on returning next year! Highly Recomend this Condo-its great!!!

We should have known. 4th of July weekend anywhere near the beach was going to be crazy. The traffic was insane(2 hrs to get from Savannah to Rental)which is less than 12 miles. When they say that a Large Suv might not fit in the parking they are serious.We had to navigate in a 10 foot wide alley not to mention that the tenants in #2A had three and sometimes four vehicles in their "two spaces" and when asked to move them the Drunk Georgia Southern students replied we'll do it in the morning. Oh those drunk students were everywhere including on OUR balcony at 3AM. If you are an adult that wants to RELAX than stay away on the 4th of July.

We stayed for three days and thoroughly LOVED the accommodations!
We were just a very short walk to the beach, bars and fun. The
weather was beautiful and the outside porch was a great place to
relax and talk to people. The kitchen was wonderful in the center of
all the action and cooking in was great.
I will be recommending this place to all family and friends.
The rental people were very helpful and pleasant, this always starts a
vacation off right. -

The unit is very nice except for the mattress in the main bedroom. It
seems to be long past its prime.
An elevator would be nice this unit would be very difficult for one to
us if they any problems stairs. -

My stay at Tybee was phoenomenal and the condo I rented through TVR was outstanding. Not only was the reservations easy to make online, but the reservationists were very helpful in assisting me to decide which condo would suit the needs for me & my family. When I arrived to pick up the keys everyting was already in a packet - no wait. The online photos didn't do this condo (Idle A While #2B) justice. It was even more GORGEOUS in person. Even the children were in awe. I will always try to get this condo. I have No complaints. Check out was just as easy as check in and the TVR team called to ensure we were settled in ok. Thanks TVR!

The home was beautiful. The keys were available for us when we arrived even though we arrived past office hours. Our stay was great. Upon leaving we encountered issues. The whole bottem flight of stairs collapsed with one of my guests on the steps. There are several property owners at this location and they all should up within minutes, accept ours. The police and fire departments came, yet Tybee vacation rentals staff did not. When we finally went to check out, they did not even ask if everyone was ok nor did they take anything off the rental. Not even for the gentleman who was on the stairs at the time of collapse. They did however, send him a discount coupon for a future stay. Summation: Nice condo, rental company, no so nice.

We had the pleasure of staying at Idle A While #2B in May. It is a charming condo with beautiful decor and a great floor plan. The master bedroom suite is spaceous and comfortable. We enjoyed the location, tucked away on a quiet side street but a short walk to the beach and shopping.
Our only concern was the stairs. The condo was advertised as being on the second floor, which it was, but due to this being a beach house and build up a level there were actually three flights of stairs. This did provide a safe covered parking spot for our car but carrying suitcases and other supplies up three flights of stairs was tiresome. However, we enjoyed our stay so much that we would not hesitate to stay at Idle A While #2B again and if stairs do not bother you I'm sure you will enjoy this condo as much as we did. -

We rented Idle a While #2B for Pirate Fest 2007 with another couple and were glad we stayed where we did as we were close to all of the activities, restaurants and bars. We have been traveling to Tybee for 10 years and have always stayed more on the South End or Back River in a house or townhome. We have always shyed away from condos as we like our privacy, but had no problem at all with this. The condo was stocked with everything we needed and was beautifully decorated.
