Beautifully furnished custom home with water views from the living room, porches, master and guest bedroom! Features include: high-speed Internet with WIFI, stainless steel appliances, beautiful new furnishings, bamboo floors, ceramic tile and marble, TVs with DVD players in 4 bedrooms and living room. First floor has 2 car garage and stairs leading to entry. Second floor has a large, open floor plan, furnished balcony, small office off kitchen with two workstations, living area with Flat Panel TV, guest bedroom with King and attached full bath, and laundry room. Third floor has three guest bedrooms, full bath in hallway and Master Suite with... King bed, Garden tub, separate shower and a furnished private balcony.

Gas grill is provided. Parking for 4 vehicles. Located on quiet North Beach area of island, just a few blocks away from lighthouse, Jaycee Park, Tybee Museum, Dog Park, shops, and restaurants. This home is pet friendly for 1 adult small dog 20lbs. or smaller.

  We came down with friends for St. Patricks day, we have been to savannah several times but never stayed on Tybee Island until this visit. It was absolutely perfect. We were one block from the beach with perfect ocean views from the house. It was a beautiful retreat from the crowds and buissiness of Savannah during St. Patty's Day. We highly recommend this house and would definatly book it again!

  Came down for my husband's 40th birthday and brought friends with us. The house is beautiful, tastefully decorated and spacious. The master bedroom balcony has a fantastic view of the ocean! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

  Great house for a larger group

  We had a larger group of extended family, with several young children. The house provided comfortable accommodations for relaxing gatherings and adequate bedroom space. The house is thoughtfully and creatively decorated, with a delightful wrap around porch on the second and third floor. Our only complaint was that the gas grill was in poor condition and was not usable.
  
  It is a 10 minute walk to the beach with young children. The beach was clean, quiet and during low tide safe for the young children.
  
  Great spot to spend a relaxing week.

  Great house for large family! Nice, clean house. Only negative was there was no broom and we had a toddler. So we had to buy one to keep floors clean. All in all, it was wonderful!

  We thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations as well as the friendly, prompt service provided by the property management company. Our party of nine was diminished by attrition (could have handled 3 or 4 more), so, we didn't even use this place to capacity, but, we utilized the generous common areas for the most part, except for those of us who were cognizant enough after a group movie to make their way to one of the many comfortable bedrooms... spacious, well-utensiled kitchen, plenty of parking, opulent yard area, and decks galore round it out... wonderful experience top to bottom. Eternal thanks and good luck with the remainder of summer down there on Tybee... thanks for takin' such good care of us.

  Our Girl Scout troop spent 3 nights at Molliewood. We loved being at the north end of the beach, away from most people. The house was perfect for 15. We had a complete kitchen that helped us prepare our meals. When we reported a couple minor problems, they were resolved within several hours.

  The accomodations were as expected, but in the pictures the property looked cleaner and more updated. Upon arrival the owner had workers at the property until we politely asked them to leave. Overall, the stay was average in comfort and affordability.

  The office staff at check in was very friendly and helpfull. The home was easy to find and I loved the location. There was plenty of room and such comfortable beds. It was like staying at the Ritz. The kitchen had everything you could need. The wifi didn't work but I didn't care. We were a little farther from the beach than you think which meant the view wasn't exactly spectacular and you had a somewhat long walk. This is only a problem if you're carrying a lot of equipment or have someone in your family who has trouble walking. It was a great place to relax and get away from it all.

  The accommodations were pretty close to perfect. We had 4 generations stay in the house and the bedrooms, baths, kitchen, and decks worked out well. We weren't supplied with adequate towels and sheets at first, but a Tybee rep. called us early on and everything was delivered within hours.

  We stayed at Molliewood this year in June. My husband and I brought my daughter, her husband and four granchildren ranging in age from 6 months to 18 years. The house was wonderful and tthe view was great. Being an older person I wish we had come earlier in the season due to the very hot weater. Location to the beach was great. Savanah was great. I will definatly return but probably in early May. Also the North beach is wonderful. You feel like you have your own private beach.

  We so much enjoyed out stay at Tybee. It was our first trip to the island for a family vacation and the weather was beautiful. The house was perfect...plenty of room and so tastefully decorated. Everything we needed was at the house and the neighborhood was so nice and people were so friendly. We wished we could have stayed longer it was very relaxing! There is great access to the beach and we loved watching the big ships go by.
  
  Tybee rentals is a great friendly group to work with on rentals.

  We had a great time at Molliewood. There were 7 adults and 5 children. There was plenty of room for all of us to have our own space. I felt the house should have been better equipped with the basics- we did have to go out and buy trash bags, shampoo and bath soap and dish towels. But other than that, it was a great experience. The location was perfect- it took a few minutes to walk to the beach. The views were terrific. We saw dolphins one day! We would certainly come back to Molliewood.

  Absolutely loved Molliewood! I would recommend everyone to stay there. My family and I love Tybee and have been going for years. This is definitely the best place we have stayed. Very spacious for the entire family. The kids love watching the ships go by. The ocean view is spectacular, we loved being so close to the beach. We still wish we could be sitting on the porch right now with our cocktails!! We can't wait to rent this house again!

  All we can say is wow. We've stayed at many places on Tybee, but this place is the best. Great house, great location, great rate, incredible porch to sit and have dinner or a glass of wine and enjoy the view of the ocean. We love to see the ships going by at night as the soft breeze blows by giving a sweet smell from the ocean. The house is spacious and accommodated our very large family. The master bedroom is very romantic and luxurious. Just great. Love the kitchen, we did a lot of cooking. Five stars for this place. We rented it more than once.

  Two Thumbs Up - Wonderful North Beach Location & Darling House!

  My family loved our stay at Molliewood!! We had never been to Tybee & were so pleased with the location on beautiful North Beach. We spent many hours on the porches kicked back feeling the sea breeze with a cocktail in hand.
  
  The accomodations at Molliewood were modern, yet cozy & inviting. Unlike many beach rentals, Molliewood has recently been updated & has a wonderful & tasteful beach decor. The layout of the house was perfect for our large family - we all had our own space to sprawl out!
  
  We plan to return to Molliewood for many years to come!

  We loved the house and enjoyed our stay a lot. The only major drawback for us was the mattress in the master suite. It had major "depression" issues! When Tybee Vacation Rentals called to ask if we needed anything, we apologize for not thinking to bring it to their attention at that time. Also, the master bed is very high, a stool for us with height challenges would be great!!
  
  However, we feel that if we had brought our issues to your attention you would have probably done something about them since you were so nice and helpful when you called to check on us!
  
  Also, it should probably be noted that the house is 25 yards from a rather long walkway/dune walk to the beach and not 25 yards from the beach itself.

  A property manager was sent to inspect the bed after we received your review and found that it was actually not the bed but a broken slat, which we repaired. The matress itself is less than a year old, very high quality and very comfy. The walkway over the dunes at that location is a little long due to the healthy nature of the dunes on that part of the beach, but very scenic.
