It was a very relaxing and comfortable vacation home. We would recommend it to our friends. The kitchen had every thing one would need for an extended stay. The only thing I would add if it were my property would be a porch swing.

Great cottage!!! It was very clean, well equiped. Beautiful outdoor area to enjoy the sunrises and sunsets. Best of all it was walking distance to my sister's place. We had a great time.

The house was roomy, great for the kid's and our dog!! The outside shower was great when we got back from the beach. A little further from the beach than I thought, but still not to far within walking distance. Grocery store was right down the street which was great. Definately worth the money, it was peacful at night as well.

An Unforgettable Vacation

Beginning with the friendliness of the staff, especially Valerie, until the van pulled out of the carport, the Tybee Island experience was unforgettable. My Setting Sun was perfect for our (my daugher, son-in-law, two grandchildren, and myself, plus my Maltese dog, Rennie) needs. We soon discovered that walking to the beach was not a bad idea at all, and it beat the paying to park idea as well. The house was well equipped, as the only thing that we discovered that it could have used was a pitcher for tea (We southerners like our sweet tea). The proximity to sites of interest, such as dolphin cruise and Fort Pulaski, made the trip truly activity-filled. I think we may have found a home away from home.
