Tybee Island is always a great place to visit. The views where very nice and the beach was beautiful. The condo we stayed in was nice but needs some cosmetic work on the inside. Fix the curtain rod holes, fix the area where the kitchen chairs have scraped the wall and a fresh coat of paint throughout would bring the rating to an above average. All in all the vacation was very relaxing and we would visit again. Thanks

We had 6 couples stay in 2 Sandpiper conds for New Years Eve weekend and will definitely be staying here again! The condos are beautiful and in a Perfect location with the beach right across the parking lot. Everything was clean and we had no problems with anything. Loved it!

We come to Tybee in October every year. This year was as amazing as ever, and we loved our stay at Sandpiper 303. The accommodations were everything we expect and more. Check in, and out, was simple and not stressful at all. Tybee Vacation Rentals had all of our documents ready for us when we arrived, not taking up one extra minute of our vacation time. Great gift bag was there waiting for us when we arrived, and made our stay just a little bit sweeter. Can't wait for our next trip to Tybee!

This is a very nice third floor condo with a great beach view. We had a great time on Tybee enjoying the beach, view, and restaurants. Very convenient location to everything. Don't miss the Breakfast Club for breakfast one morning! An experience not to be missed.

This is our 9th or 10th trip to Tybee. Location is fabulous for this property! However, if you need to have a reliable WiFi connection, this is not the property for you. The day after our check in we had to call about the WiFi being "spotty". Another issue with the garbage disposal led to a service man coming out and spending a good deal of time working both issues - Eventually a modum and router were replaced in the unit where the WiFi was housed. That is the biggest issue we had - since it wasnt in our unit, we didnt have the ability to reset the modem when it was needed. I would never stay here again unless they put modems in each unit. To have one unit for all their rental units is just insane, unless you have invested in really top notch equipment that doesnt go out every couple hours. Frustrating needless to say.
Again, great location... condo is in need of some maintaince though - screens missing, screens with holes, water damage, TV missing in second bedroom, cable is provided but no DVR which was most disappointing. Seriously should think of an Ipod docking station for an added ammenity as well as flat screen tv's through out as picture on tube TVs not great. -

My mother and I have stayed at 2 other Sandpiper units over the past 8 years. This is the first year we stayed at Unit 303. The condo is fine and we love Sandpiper but the condo was not very clean. The toilets and kitchen counter had not been cleaned. there was a half used bar of soap in the shower/tub area. The other units were always clean. I could not recommend it until I knew the housekeeping issue had been addressed.

We had 6 adults and 2 small children in this condo and still had plenty of room. It was spacious and very clean.The location is the best on Tybee, just feet from the beach, pier and restaurants.The balcony view is just great, watching the sun rise in the morning is breathe taking! This condo is nicely furnished and the owner did a nice job with quality amenities throughout, but the management failed in both cleanliness and maintance. The elevator smelled of urine the entire trip. Inside the condo was sandy rugs left in the washer, iron didnt work, single ply tolitries. The owner should be disappointed

Air duct for the aC unit condensed moisture and was leaking in the kitchen. Tv wasn't the best picture was fuzzy. Enjoyed stay would stay again.

This is the fourth time we have stayed on Tybee, with the last two visits in a Sandpiper unit. We like most everything about the condo complex. It is literally across the street from the ocean and has a wonderful balcony. You are within walking distance to shopping and restaurants, within a 5-minute drive to other things on the island and only 15 minutes from the historic district of Savannah. Everything is really nice, but bring your own sheets if you like luxury.

Making my reservation was very easy via internet..Tybee Vacation Rentals contacted me in person very quickly...They were very curtious and professional...The whole check-in and check-out procedure was very easy and stress-free..The unit I rented was absolutely wonderful...clean..and very inviting..I felt at home right away..There was ample space for everything and everybody..All details down to the soap in the shower were very well taken care of..Plenty of towels and all other things needed were there...I didn't want for anything..I especially enjoyed the little gift bag that greeted us..The location was perfect for me..beach..restaurants..shopping and the pier all within easy walking distance...I enjoyed my stay very much and will definitly use this company again.

The overall experience was great. Pattel (spelling?) the property manager/ owner was extremely helpful and polite. The location is fantastic and the layout of the condo was very good.
My constructive critisism is that this particular unit needs a serious rug cleaning/replacement and there were quite a few roaches (insects) to be dealt with.
We have already reserved the same unit for next year and hope that this input will facilitate these two items being dealt with.

This is a wonderful condo, very close to beach and to shops and restaurants. The weather was cold and windy (it was February), but we thoroughly enjoyed walking on the beach. The condo was very spacious with a wonderful master. Right beside pier and Spanky's. Can't wait to return!
