This 2 story townhouse is located right on the beach in popular and convenient location. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, Memorial Park, the library, and the YMCA. Unit has been updated with new ceramic tile, new carpet, and new paint. The 1st floor has a half bath, kitchen, dining room, living room, and a deck overlooking the beach. The 2nd floor has two bedrooms with the king size beds, the east bedroom has a wonderful view of the ocean. there is one full bath accessed by both bedrooms. Pet friendly. Assigned parking for 1 vehicle plus there are first come first serve unassigned visitor parking spots. Complimentary WIFI Internet.

This is a tiny one bedroom condo, but very nicely furnished and quite comfortable. The view is gorgeous. A delightful place for a weekend stay, or longer if you don't mind that there is only one bathroom.

We stayed for one week at Tybee Lights 112B. This is the rental to have for a fantastic view of gorgeous sunrises, and watching dolphins and ships. The condo is very nice for a couple or a small family. As this unit is pet friendly, we were able to have our Yorkie with us. It is a bit pricier than some of the other rentals we looked at, but in the end, the view was well worth the price to us. We will definitely contact Tybee Vacation Rentals for this condo when we visit Tybee Island again.

The rental staff was friendly, the home was in an outstanding location and very well equipped. It did show some wear and tear which should be addressed. That said, I'd like to buy the unit and let you continue to manage it.

We loved our first trip to Tybee Island and this townhome was an excellent place to stay. The location was great, with easy access to all parts of the island. We were slightly disappointed when we realized our deck did not have stairs leading down to the beach, but this really was not an issue at all. The beach was easily accessible by walking from the front of the townhome to the back and there were no roads to cross...we could literally walk right out on the beach. We loved our stay and we would absolutely stay here again. This townhome only has one full bath, so I would only recommend it to a small family. It was perfect for our family of three! Also, our car battery died while we were here. After spending 30 minutes on the phone with the travelers insurance I bought only to learn they could not help me due to my location, I called the rental office. They sent someone out immediately and couldn't have been nicer!

I loved the location of Tybee lights. I think it would have been a lot easier stay if there had been a grill to use. No one really wants to cook after being on the beach all day. The condo was clean and nice. I only wish we could have had a little longer to check out instead of 10 am. I have stayed at tybee lights twice and have enjoyed it each time...

The location of this condo is great - it is right on the sand with a great view. It is on the north end of the island, which is much quieter than the south end, which has the pier. The property was pretty dated, and had paint falling off the ceiling in the bedrooms. The appliances are very cheap and old, but work. We were a bit frustrated with the rental company because we were told repeatedly that we could have a later check out ( 10 am is the usual time) so we could enjoy the beach a bit more before leaving. However, they insisted that we call on our last night to confirm the later checkout. Despite being told three times before that a later checkout would be fine, upon calling on our last night to confirm we were told it was not possible as this is their busy time of year. Had we had been told that from the start, it would have been fine. But we feel as if we were intentionally misled in order to secure the reservation.

My husband, son and I didn't expect such a nice place. We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful view and peacefulness of Tybee Lights. We were very comfortable and even though we went sight seeing every day and spent time on the beach, we were finally controlled by what we wanted to do instead of the clock. We sincerely hope you will consider Tybee Vacation Rentals for your next vacation. We want to thank everyone for a great vacation and a great stay for our little dog too!

Loved the location in the Tybee Lights area. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated.It was the perfect time of year to be there since the weather was wonderful and it wasn't busy or crowded at all. Close to restaurants and items of interest. Would definitely come back here again! Checking in and out were a breeze.

We stayed two nights at this lovely ocean front condo, Tybee Lights,
Tybee Island GA.
The condo had all the amenities for light housekeeping and was
furnished beautifully. There were comfortable king size beds with
the master having an ocean view.
The only problem was that we are retirees and there were a lot of
steps. Although advertised as two story, that's inside. There are two
sets of stairs to get up to the condo.
There is a nice deck facing the ocean and the replenished beach
was beautiful.
Since it was Valentine's weekend the adjoining condo's had a lot of
guests. We met some of our neighbors and they were all friendly. I
would recommend this rental.
