Our family had a wonderful spring break at Wild Palms. The set up of the house is great - the suite upstairs (2 bedrooms/2baths) was perfect for my daughter, her husband and their two little boys. My husband and I and my other daughter and her child took the remaining bedrooms on the main floor. The open floor plan was spacious in the living area and the screened in porch surrounding it was beautiful. We had both beautiful weather and bad weather but even when it was raining our 3 grandchildren ages 1,2, and 4 had plenty of room to play indoors and out and keep dry. The pool was a lot of fun and the gas grill got a lot of use. I would recommend Wild Palms wholeheartedly to anyone visiting Tybee Island or Savannah. This home had easy access to everything.

My husband and I have stayed at Wild Dunes twice in the last year. Once with friends and recently with family. Both times we have found the house to be clean, comfortable and close to restaurants, groceries, the beach and entertainment. Very nice and well maintained home. We have recommended Wild Dunes as a definite consideration when going to Tybee.

We had a wonderful stay for our second year in a row at Wild Palms. Perfect location on the Island! Easy access to Savannah and South Beach! We plan on coming back again for our fourth year in a row! As always, Tybee Vacation Rentals took care of everything! Allowing us to come enjoy, relax and enjoy every bit of Tybee and Savannah! The pool is an added extra! Great for hot days when you do not want to pack for the beach!

Wild Palms was a wonderful house. It was great with the pool, since we had little ones. Their time on the beach was short, but the pool was their alternative. The house was situated close enough to the ocean to be able to walk if one chose, and near enough to the food mart to find those extra things forgotten. The house was wonderful. There was plenty of space offered so no one felt cramped. The washer and dryer came in handy, since we washed every day, sand. We look forward to going back.

Tybee Vacation Rentals was very receptive and easy to deal with. When I called with quesitons during the week, I recieved prompt and friendly answers. The home was clean and bright and had a pool, which is a vacation must for my family. We enjoyed walking on the beach (1/2 mile from the home) each morning and evening. In the afternoons, we are sight seers and pool people. We also enjoyed being near the city of Savannah, a first-time visit for us.

Wonderful time, one of the merchant's called Tybee, "Mayberry with a Key West attitude." As a New Jerseyan who likes to get away from the "Northeast mentality" on vacation, this was a perfect trip and we look forward to putting Tybee/Savannah on our rotation of favorite places to visit. The house was a jewel, just wish it was closer to the beach, but getting to the beach and parking was no real bother, loved eating all week, didn't have a bad meal wherever we went. It's now on our short list of places to retire to. Stay the way you are for another 15 years, LOL!

A great welcome when we went to pick up keys. A lovely home, well equiped and very spacious. Great location...not far from beach or nearby stores. A great house to stay in all in all. Hopefully it will be available for us to rent next year!

This is a good family vacation home. The pool is great and very nicely
landscaped. Has a shady area to get away from the sun. A big plus is
that all of the bedrooms have a private bath.
We stayed in this house 3 years ago and things were a lot newer
looking. May be time to spruce things up, especially the carpets.
The screened porch is a nice place for the adults to enjoy morning
coffee or afternoon drinks. Close to the main road so if you are a light
sleeper you may not like the location. Good location for walking to

We spent a wonderful week at Wild Palm, Tybee Island Georgia. It is a beautiful home with plenty of natural light. It has everything that a multi-generational family could dream of in a home for a get together. It has a magnificant kitchen which is amazingly well supplied with dishes, pots etc. It has an inground pool with table, chairs, and lounge chairs. There are plenty of toys for the beach also. We were so pleased with how clean we found this home. We have rented up and down the Atlantic coast from Maine to Georgia and this was by far the cleanest, best decorated and fantastic home we have ever rented. The town of Tybee is so charming and has a grocery store, etc. for your convenience. You are within a 20-30 minute ride to Savannah, a quintesential southern town with anything and everything you could want, including ghost tours and other fun
activities. We think anyone who rents this home will be pleased and delighted. The agency that handles it is also wonderful. The people are kind, efficient and available for tickets, information etc. all the time. I have really found them to be the best on the coast, also. -

This home was beautiful inside. The pool was very nice. However, the Chevron station I had to look at and hear people dumping trash in the dumpsters was annoying. I will never vacation in this city again. Was also very disappointed with Paula Dean Restuarant and will never visit again. Also, snakes were bad. I should have asked for a 25 percent refund.

We're sorry Wild Palms did not meet your expectations. Tybee Island is a small island. The island is about three miles long by one mile deep. A few of our rental units are located near commercial properties. Wild Palms is on Pine Street, which is one street behind the main road coming onto the island. The house has been professionally decorated and has a large pool and backyard. Wild Palms is one of our most popular homes. TVR is pleased that many families rent this lovely home year after year for their summer vacations. We have never been notified about reptiles at this or any of our properties. TVR has a 24 hour emergency service that can be contacted by our guests at any time to report issues at the property.
