The house was very nice and large. When I arrived the house was clean and it had a wanderful starter kits inside. It felt so much like home I had a hard time getting my adult children to leave. The location was great and only a short walk to the beach. We are looking forward to coming back next year.

Thank you so much for your assistance and recommending Lazy Days to accommadate our large family. We were in town for a wedding in Hinesville and thought why not stay on Tybee Island. The house was so spacious that we didn't feel like we were on top of each which can happen with 16 adults. We love the updated decor and appliances, the balcony on each level allowed for everyone to enjoy the wonderful view. It was a hop, skip and a jump to the beach. Would we do it again? Absolutely. It was very affordable and the service we excellent.

I brought my kids, grandkids and great grandson to Tybee Island doe a family vacation. This my third time on Tybee and second with Tybee Vacations. Every one had a great time. With all the bedrooms and baths for all of us. This worked great. Loved the large kitchen and especially the balconies. There was room for all. Just a block from the beach and a short distance from downtown. there are great restaurants on the island. Had trouble with the air, this was handled promptly, they had the air back on within 3 hours. And this was Sunday morning. Thanks to all the office help, they was very helpful and convenient.

We had 4 couples in our group there was plenty of space with beds to spare. Beach only a block away. Pier and shops was a little bit of a walk. If you have a large group this house is perfect. Plenty of beds and baths attached to all bedrooms.

From the time we booked our stay at at Lazy Dayz, we received excellent, professional service. The property was great, very clean and well maintained. Everyone in our group wanted to stay longer just to enjoy the luxury of the home. This property is absolutely beautiful.

Despite Tropical Storm Beryl, everything was perfect! My sisters and I took our kids to Tybee for a few days and we had the pleasure of staying here. We had 12 people and everyone had their own beds. The children were able to make the downstairs den into a makeshift playroom. That left us adults upstairs with lots of peace and quiet! The house is located directly across from the beach. We were able to go back and forth without any hassle. The outside shower was a great convenience and the decks made for great early morning and late night conversations. We are making plans to return this year. The house had everything we needed and then some!

The house was very nice. Rooms were big. Plenty of space. The only bad this is the kitchen. The size is fine, but there is nothing to cook with. Be sure to bring your own pots and pans if you plan nto cook. Other than that we were very pleased. Great location.

Although the house is fabulous, lacking a bit in kitchen supplies, the street noise is awful! It is right on the 4 lane main road and you hear it all! The noise start about 6am and ends after midnight. We tried to pretend it was ocean waves and not traffic. It is not easy to pull your car in and out of the driveway either. We won't be going back.

Awesome beachhouse! Every couple had their own bedroom and bathroom, plus a bunkbed room for the kids. We loved all the balconies off the bedrooms too! This house has 2 garages that hold 2 cars each. Perfect for all our vehicles and bikes. This house has 2 opened set of stairs. If you have young children, then I strongly suggest bringing baby gates. The only thing that would have made the beach house better would be an oceanview.

My family and I vacationed at Tybee Island for the fourth year now and have always had a great time. We have tried other places over the years but everytime at the end of our vacation I ask, "where do you want to go next year?" everyone yells Tybee Island! We appreciate the quaintness and non-commercial atmosphere of this community. Sure there are some T-shirt shops, but the grandkids are not being tempted or teased by the "Myrtle Beach" distractions. For that we are thankful. As long as there are large houses available at a reasonable price, we more than likely will return.

With our huge group(4 married couples plus lots o children), we made memories at Lazy Days to last a lifetime! Everything is much bigger and better than the pictures. Perfect for a big crowd. The company is just wonderful,too,very acomodating.

I, don't know what to expect, but once we got into the house we were very happy and all of the family members were also. I would recommend this experience at Lazy Dayz. I am from Florida and my mother has came back and talk to others about our stay and now they want to try it.
The stay was more than we could have asked for and the cost were very reasonable.
The only thing, i had a problem with that we had to leave(smile). I will do it again and I recommend that everyone try it at least once.

The house was BETTER than described. It had everything we needed plus more. The balconies were nice. The decor was very gorgeous and very comfortable. BEAUTIFUL house. Tybee Vacation Rentals staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy. They were attentive to every detail! There is no doubt we would stay again.
