Villa Heliconia is a beautiful new three bedroom residence. It is magnificent, priavte, and located just 150 meters down a concrete path off Jalan Penetanan Kelod.
The villa is surrounded by three meter high privacy walls to ensure complete privacy and security as soon as you enter the carved, antique, entrance doors. Within your private tropical paradise you are free to relax and enjoy the pool, gardens and many other facilities.
The villa features:
◘ Three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, air-conditioning and fans.
◘ Two bedrooms have queen sized beds, while one bedroom has two singles that
can be made in to a king.
◘ Large open-living room with dining area.
◘ Fully equipped western kitchen with gas cook-top and large fridge.
◘ TV, DVD player and large selection of DVDs along with Indovision cable
channels.
◘ Large landscaped gardens with a balé/gazebo.
