Villa Yeh Bayu is conveniently located north of the Ubud area. The center of Ubud is only 2.3 miles (3.7 km) away, can be reached by car within 7 minutes. A convenient cheap taxi service on call was established by the villa owner to provide easy access to town. The drive through the rice paddies from and to the Ubud main road is beautiful by itself. The scenic and quiet villa location is surrounded by beautiful rice fields and coconut groves. The villa is set back from the quiet local road in the midst of rice paddies. From the villa's private two car parking space a small paved walkway leads about 40 yards through the rice fields to the vill...a. The property is walled in and accessible through two beautiful antique doorways. The back yard features tropical garden and rice paddy views. The property sweeps down to a small stream and has many fully grown coconut trees. The views of undisturbed tropical nature continue on the opposite side of the rice field stream. Beautiful nature walks can be started right from the villa. Many restaurants as well as grocery shopping, galleries, Internet cafes can be found right on entering the Ubud Main road.
The villa features: total living space of 1,782 sqft (162 m2). The total number of bedrooms is 3 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 1 single, 1 extra temporary bed, 1 baby cot). The main house 1,287 sqft (117 m2) has one master bedroom (bed size: extra king /200x200cm /78.74"x78.74") with air-conditioning 32" LCD TV with satellite TV connection, beautiful pool and garden view. One second bed room (bed size: single /120x200cm / 47.24"x78.74") with air-condition, 32" LCD TV. One spacious bathroom with shower. Laundry room, fully equipped kitchen, a study room to set up your computer, extensive DVD collection. Open to the garden a dining room with dining table which seats six. Temporary bed for study room for an adolescent is on location 110x200cm (43.25"x78.74"), another child could join the parents on the sofa in the master bed room. All rooms are fully furnished. The art work throughout the house is exquisite.
The guest house 495 sq ft large (45 m2), a gem, an adapted antique Javanese Joglo, all old teak wood, features a little terrace to enjoy the view. The Joglo guest house has a queen sized bed (160x200cm/63"x78.74"), air-conditioned, TV, exquisite artwork, bathroom with huge freestanding terrazzo bathtub, beautiful vanity, small but fully equipped kitchen.
Located between the guest house and the main house is the 16’x26’(500x800 cm) swimming pool. The total property size 0.16 acres (670m2). House sleeps comfortably 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 children. Baby cot is available (size: 80x140cm/31.5"x55.12").
One phone line for local taxi calls, an electronic keypad safety box for your personal valuables are available in the house. Outlets are for 220 volts. There is a converter for 110 volts on site. A maid takes care of cleaning the house, making beds and other housework. Complimentary American breakfast the morning after your arrival is provided to make your arrival easy. Subsequent breakfasts are prepared by our maid with the groceries purchased by you. Bathroom towels, bed sheets, etc. are frequently changed by the maid. The maid will also bring your personal clothing to a laundry service pick it up again and present you with your clean laundry and a certainly reasonable bill. The maid works from 8 – 12 in the morning. Our gardener maintains the pool and garden. A ‘welcome’ fruit basket is provided, the fridge will be initially filled for free with tea, coffee, sugar. Safe drinking water is available from our drinking water fountain. House management checks you in and out and is on call for special needs which can't be solved by the maid.
Pick up or drop off from the 1:20 hours far away airport can be booked at the same time with booking the villa (for US$35/car/one way). Tours of Bali can also be booked together with the villa booking or through the house management for US$75/day per car. We also offer Internet service (US$20 for 7 days of use, with your own netbook/laptop), Indonesian style cooking service by the maid, (one time cooking for your entire family for lunch & dinner, US$6.- plus groceries) and nanny service (10am-5pm US$11, 10am-11pm US$15). If needed please request on arrival. Check in time: earliest 3:00 p.m. Check out time: latest 11:00 a.m.

Me gustaria advertir sobre el dueño de esta propiedad ya que nos engaño, nosotros reservamos su casa durante dos semanas en Noviembre de 2012 , era nuestra Luna DE Miel , en mas de una ocasion le pedimos que por favor fuese sincero ya que era un viaje muy especial y no queriamos equivocarnos , le pediamos una casa muy tranquila y privada , nos hizo pagar por adelantado dos meses antes de nuestra llegada !!!, claro esta con premeditacion y alevosia ya que nos habia engañado, cuando llegamos a la casa nos encontramos con un monton de camiones , hormigoneras, obreros de construcción, ruido infernal , apenas podiamos estar en la casa y desgraciadamente nuestra luna de miel se estropeo gracias a la falta de honestidad de este austriaco que vive en Eeuu , por favor tened muchisimo cuidado y no confieis en el , espero que no le vuelva a pasar esto a nadie mas , cuando nos quejamos a el simplemente se rio y no contesto , claro esta el dinero ya estaba en sus manos y no le importabamos nada...
