We were 2 couples on our way to Ucluelet for the long weekend. We rented Sea Haven and found the place to be amazing. It was very close to beautiful trails and beaches and the condo itself was clean, well-kept, up-to-date, and well supplied with cooking pots, pans, utensils, glasses, anything you'd possibly need to cook some wonderful meals, with wonderful people and enjoy a glass or two of wine on the patio. We needed a "mini-vacation" away from real life, and this is exactly what Sea-Haven provided us. In addition to the well kept condo, the customer service was truly appreciated as we received quick email responses to our questions.
We thank the owners for being so reliable and friendly. We do plan to return to the beautiful SeaHaven again... -

We (two senior couples) stayed for four nights. The view is stunning, particularly because it is on the upper level. Everything worked, except for the flat panel TV, which was pomptly replaced by the management. Some of the furnishings and fittings though suffered from "style trumping function". All in all though we found it to be excellent.

Thank you for your kind words re: management, your comments and valuable feedback have been shared with our entire team. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back to one of the rentals in our portfolio. The TV stopped working due to a power surge which happened just prior to your arrival. We do have a back up TV available, as well as back up BBQ, beds and bedding to ensure smooth sailing under any "situations" that may arise.
"Style Trumping Function", we assume it may be in regards to the European designed doors, this took us a little bit to figure out also!! We will definitely be looking into laminating instructions for any state of the art appliances, window/door features which may need instruction .
