Black Rock Beach House is a luxury waterfront vacation rental home situated at the very edge of the Pacific Ocean, and is your unparalleled vantage point for the crashing breakers of storm season, whale spotting over dinner, or some reflective beachcombing with a cup of coffee. Black Rock Beach House is an outstanding home designed to make your stay at the edge of the earth the ultimate Wild Pacific experience.

The main floor is open to the ocean, allowing you to cook,... dine, and relax without ever forgetting that you are at the edge of the Pacific. The kitchen is fully outfitted with heated slate floors, soapstone countertops, and a double wall oven among the numerous conveniences.

Open the french doors to the deck that runs the entire length of the house, with room for all to relax and enjoy sunrises, sunsets, and the endless flow of the ocean.

A powder room and laundry facilities are also located on the main floor.

Upstairs offers three bedrooms, each with spectacular views, where the sound of the sea will lull you to sleep and then greet you each morning. The ample facilities include two soaking tubs, a steam shower and a standard shower, from which you will step onto heated floors.

Connection with the environment is paramount, and you will experience the ocean from every room in the house. Further, the Timber Room allows you an outdoor experience inside, should the elements suggest an alternative to your nightly beach fire. Relax in front of a roaring fire in the stone fireplace – the perfect place to discuss a fabulous day on the West Coast, and to make plans for the next one.

A built in stainless steel grill on the patio allows you to barbeque with a view.

Situated on the Wild Pacific Trail, the house is a perfect base for all the Pacific Rim has to offer. Hiking, cycling, kayaking and of course world famous surfing await. Independently or with the guidance of local experts, take advantage of world famous fishing and whale watching - it's all here (but so are some fabulous spas and local dining ....)

  My husband and I had a wonderful time at Black Rock Beach House, it is even more spectacular in person, we absolutely loved everything about it, everything was perfection! This is a beautiful home. We hated to leave each day but wanted to see the Wild Pacific Trail, so we reluctantly left the house and walked the Lighthouse Trail section of the trail, we picked a good day, gale force winds, marine advisories and spectacular waves, quite impressive. We had hoped for a storm and Mother Nature co-operated, wet & weary we returned to what is now our new favorite place, Black Rock Beach House. We walked the other sections of the trail the following days, all beautiful and peaceful. Never got to take the boat tour of the Broken Group Islands, or kayak due to the marine advisories and fog, hopefully next time, but the rain and fog didn't spoil our trip in the least, just added the adventure, we were happy to spend more time back at the house just staring out the windows at the waves crashing on the rocks, the eagles, and the Great Heron who came to the tidal pools in front of the house for his breakfast and dinner each day. We had an absolutely wonderful time and will definetly be back, next time bringing our 2 grown daughters.
