This cottage on the Owlpen Estate sleeps four people in three bedrooms. Court House is a Grade I listed holiday home on the Owlpen Estate near Uley. It has a double on the first floor, and on the second floor, a children's twin and a four foot double. The bathroom is on the ground floor, along with the kitchen and dining area, while the sitting room is on the first floor. Outside is roadside parking, and a garden with sun terrace and furniture.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

The property itself is so very, very lovely. The cottage sits on the manor estate and the view out the dining room window is that of the manor house. There is a church right there to the side and up the hill from the cottage. Getting to the rental can be hair raising as it's on a single track road with a 25% grade! But it is so worth it. The bathroom is a bit snug if you are trying to share it with another person, but more than adequate for one. If the blackberries are in season while you are there, they are worth a sample. They grow on the wall along the road.
