Kuala LumpurVilla Serai definitely made our Bali trip super awesome!

1. The villa is very clean, very airy and beautifully decorated and definitely suitable for 6 person.
2.The location of the villa is not too bad as well as it only takes us 20 -30 minute, depending on the traffic to go to Kuta and the airport. The distance to the major surf outlets are also near. There are shops, local cafes and European cafes within walking distance (or you can use the bicycles or like me, just ask the helper to send me by motorcycle). There is a laundry and a florist right in front of the villa and the best of it all, there are plenty of cheap spas within few minutess drive, or you can opt for the therapists to come over to the house and enjoy a relaxing massage by the pool. Pure bliss!
3. The pool is large enough for all of us to do laps and we definitely enjoyed staying inside the villa most of the time, specially around the pool area because they were trees planted at the pool yard with very comfortable pool sofas for everyone to enjoy so you can laze around there in the afternoon. We have breakfast, lunch and dinner by the pool as well because the pool area is so beautiful.
4.The bathrooms are very beautiful and nicely stocked with amenities. Truly loved it.
5. The staff at the villa are very helpful, friendly and hardworking. We are glad that our request for a Muslim chef was available and all of us truly appreciate the great hospitality given by the management of the villa. The chef, Dali, was really good too. Dali cooked us breakfast and dinner everyday and we truly enjoyed pure Balinese and Javanese cuisines that he had prepared for us. The house assistants, Santi and another girl (sorry I forgot her name) are also very hardworking. They even bought me a bouquet of flowers for my birthday! So sweet! The driver who picked us up from the airport (part of the services offered by Villa Serai) was very friendly and helpful.
6.The wifi is available all the time so it was very convenient to log onto facebook and upload pictures of our holiday and made a lot of people very envious!
7. Just 1 minor thing for the management to take care of would be the electrical trips maybe due to the water heater or the electrical appliances in the kitchen or the a/c at the living room because it often trips but the house maid and the security guard were always there to turn the electricity back on.
8.We truly enjoyed our stay at Villa Serai and recommend this villa to everyone.
