This beautiful single-story 2 bedroom luxury villa is located in the tranquil area of Umalas. Just a 5 minute ride from top restaurants and shopping and a mere 10 minutes to the hotspots of Seminyak. With the beach at just a 10 minute drive, Villa Maria is very strategically located and away from the noise and traffic.

Located in Umalas, right on the edge of the tourist area of Seminyak, the villa is never more than a few minutes drive away from all the shops, restaurants, bars and beach. The villa is right on the doorstep of the upcoming area of Petitenget and some 10 minutes from Oberoi. Both Oberoi and Petitenget are renowned for their restaurants, exclusive bars and boutiques.
5 minutes further is Dhyana Pura which is famous for its nightlife and dining and of course the beach. The beach area has been upgraded recently and now caters a lot of new beach bars which are perfect for lunch or sunset drinks.
