Number 25 On Oyster is a recently renovated and beautifully decorated holiday home, situated in the heart of Umhlanga Rocks. Umhlanga remains a highly popular seaside resort with its wide and sandy beaches lined with exclusive hotels and apartment blocks. The beaches are filled with umbrellas and sun worshippers, whilst locals enthusiastically walk the promenade at sundown.

Stayed here for a week after Easter with my wife and two kids. This is a fantastic house which is really well situated between the airport and Durban. Only a 5 min drive into Umplanga with the beach restaurants and shops. The house feels secure, is spacious for a large group and has great attention to detail in the way that it is finished off. Great house for young kids with nice flow through areas to the garden and safe in terms of a good fence keeping them safe from the pool. For the adults there is a great outside entertainment areas with the covered patios and braai/barbeque facilities. Big thanks to Precious who looked after us whilst we were there. Wish I could keep this place a secret but that would not be fair.

Its not that much to say only that this beautyful luxurious holliday grand house was above and beyond our expectations. Everything was in order on its place and the service was extrodinary. Stayed here with family including two young children and had a great time. The house is beautifully decorated - very contemporary decor and great open plan living areas and the garden and pool are both excellent too. The bedrooms and bathrooms are modern and the airconditioning was welcome on the hot days we stayed there. The housekeeper was fab, so the house was kept clean at all times and we were saved a lot of washing up. The location is good for both the beach and shops at Gateway. Only two minor complaints - from a family of tea drinkers - not enough cups and spoons :-) and the sumptious duvets were far too heavy/warm for summer months. Otherwise very well equiped with all mod cons.
