Description
A colonial house in tranquil gardens situated close to the beach.
The cottage is antique in style and decorated in a minimalist manner to complement this.
The two front rooms are a bedroom and lounge room, situated to take perfect advantage of the sun, as are the skylights. The kitchen and large bathroom are at the back of the house.
A comfortable veranda nook is perfect for meals as is the outdoor table. The hammock completes this perfect spot to relax and enjoy nature in private tropical gardens.
The house is located on a beautiful village road winding inland into the jungle. A ten minute walk on this road leads you to pristine Indian Ocean beaches and lagoons, perfect for swimming, snorkelling, diving or surfing. Enjoy the sunset on the beach or at one of the many beachside restaurants and bars. A short tuktuk ride takes you to Unawatuna with even more restaurants and bars. A fifteen minute drive takes you to stunning Galle and its incredible seventeenth century fort.
