Make this beautifully furnished 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment, your home away from home. We are located in a new elevator building, and indoor parking is included. This apartment features:

This spacious apartment can accommodate up to six guests comfortably. The Master bedroom has it's own full bathroom, walk-in closet, dressers, and queen sized bed. The living room has a sleeper-sofa, full bathroom, and access to the balcony, where you can enjoy your coffee in the mornings, and a glass of wine in the evenings. The charming french doors lead to the second bedroom, which is equipped with a queen sized bed, dressers, and closet.

The NJ Transit direct bus # 156, into New York City, runs frequently, and stops right in front of the building. It takes approximately 15-20 minutes to get into the city by bus or car. If your heading into Hoboken, NJ Transit bus #89 also stops right in front of the building, and it takes approx 10-15 to get there. Hoboken, NJ boasts great restaurants, tons of shopping, and more bars per square mile than any other city in the United states. If you're a fan of the Cake Boss you should plan on getting to Carlos bakery early, as the line gets rather long.

We are two blocks from the Hudson River promenade, and some of the best views of New York City, so make sure to bring your camera. The neighborhood has a wide variety of restaurants; Indian, Turkish, American, Mexican, Chinese, Pizza, Thai, and Spanish. If you don't feel like eating out, or ordering in, you can cook your own meals in our fully equipped kitchen. The supermarket is one block away so you can buy anything you may need to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

If you coming for a sporting event, or concert at Met Life Stadium, The IZOD Center, or Madison Square Garden we are only 8-14 minutes from each.

If you're traveling with kids we can supply you with a stroller and portable crib. We are also located near great playgrounds, and a newly constructed children's water park.

  After much research I booked this apartment for 4 adults travelling to NY for a week, I am so glad that I did,It's a home away from home. It looks exactly as it does in the photos.Our booking process was very smooth aided by David who answered many many questions that I asked him(thanks David).We arrived early and he was able to accommodate us,the apartment was warm and welcoming with a fantastic coffee machine and two flat screen tv's(one in the master bedroom)and two great sized bathrooms. The bus stop is literally at the front door and it takes between 10-15 mins to reach Times Sq.You have everything you need in the apartment which is spotless,the 24 hr supermarket is 2 mins walk away.We walked 10 mins to the local american exservices club,where we made very welcome by Tina and Pepe and also took the bus to Hoboken 5 mins away and had a lovely dinner in "Arthurs".As we were travelling on to Canada we also made use of the laundry("Bubbles")who did a fantastic wash and fold service very reasonably,there is a laundry room in the apartment building but we preferred to use our time sightseeing!! There is one tiny comments(not a complaint) I would make,I personally would have liked a radio as I dont watch much tv,maybe there is a radio station on tv??But this tiny thing did nothing to detract from the fantastic experience we had and I would not hesitate to recommend this rental to anyone.Thank you again David for making our holiday wonderful and thank you to all the warm and welcoming people in New York and New Jersey.

  As far as the radio is concerned, we do have music channels on the TV, but it wouldn't hurt to have a traditional radio on hand. Thank you for the suggestion, as every suggestion helps us to improve the guest experience.

  We are a family of 7 with 5 adults and 2 young children. spacious 2 bed 2 bath and modern kitchen with complete amenities as advertised. very close to all attraction in new york. the bus stop 1 block away passes on regular basis to New York Port authority and will take you only 15 minutes to reach there. easy transfer to subway to any point in New York.
  
  It's a safe neighborhood and lots of restaurant nearby.we went to a restaurant that the owner recommend Named " Charitas " the food are fantastic and delicious. Thank you. Close to viewpoint if you want to see New York by night along Hudson Bay.just 5 minutes walk.The Path Supermart is open 24 hrs.2 blocks away.
  
  This apartment was owned and manages by 2 young beautiful couple.They are very gracious and accommodating They will do everything possible just to make your stay convenient and comfortable.
