SATURDAY TO SATURDAY RENTALS (7 NIGHTS) ARE REQUIRED DURING THE SUMMER RENTAL SEASON. THERE IS A 2 NIGHT MINIMUM LABOR DAY UNTIL PRE-MEMORIAL DAY, EXCEPT FOR 3 NIGHT MINIMUMS, AT WEEKEND RATES, OVER HOLIDAYS.
This 2 house compound with a fabulous pool has plenty of room for a large extended family. The main house has sleeping for 6 with central air, large kitchen and dining area. The guest cottage has it's own kitchen, window air conditioning and room for four. Both homes share a fenced in pool and there's still enough room to play catch! This terrific two cottage and pool complex is perfect for bigger groups/family gatherings. Both cottages are very cute, clean and comfortable. The layouts facilitate togetherness with enough private places to get away. Both kitchens are well equipped with most everything you need including marshmallow forks. The pool was a big plus, very clean and well equipped with cushioned chaises for the whole group to enjoy. Really a great property!

Lovely and spacious, amenities are fantastic! We had a little family reunion and truly enjoyed the pool and open spaces to spread out. My sister appreciated having her own little cottage instead of sharing one big house. This is a great property. Owners provide so many nice details including Dvds, marshmallow roasting forks, tons of towels (too many! our kids kept taking fresh towels resulting in our doing a lot of laundry loads). The rental fee is a bit high but if sharing with a second family, is manageable. Only criticism was an ant infestation on kitchen counters every morning. We are very clean and were careful to put everything away, yet the ants still came. Ant traps helpexd

this place was so cozy and comfortable...our extended family and friends stayed over labor day...it was like being on a "tropical" vacation!! the heated pool "equipped" with balls and toys and such, was unbelievable... we were fortunate to have hot sunny weather for 2 days and we played in the pool, but then...we found the beach!!! just 2 blocks down the road!!! you descend a long,wooden staircase to an expanse of white sand and beach!!! if you didn't know any better, you might think you're on the ocean...we swam in the warm water and splashed in the waves...this "reunion" with our family was "priceless"...the owner was so nice and welcoming... he wished us a great time... and boy, did we ever have a great time...we are truly grateful for our new memories... thank you so much...

We totally enjoyed our stay at Pine Cove Cottages. The pool area is wonderful--very private. The main house is comfortable, clean, and large, and the small house is perfect for a little privacy.

Thank you from all our guests! It is spacious and private and so convienent to the beach, grocery, shopping. We loved having the two homes on this property. The house was clean and very comfortable.

We loved this vacation property, the pool really made the difference, especially since we had some rainy days. There were some downsides to the property... obvious water damage in the main house great room, a moldy shower curtain in the very small bath in the cottage with a tiny metal shower, really bad matress in the cottage,as well as non-functioning night lights in the pool that made swimming at night difficult. However, this home's proximity to beaches(we used McKinley), as well as to grocery and bakery made it ideal. There is a large brick home and a small cottage on the property with more than enough sleeping room, linens and beach towels. Good for an extended family or two small families

Our family had one the best vacations ever. Pine Cove Cottage is a very cozy, comfortable, and private setting, with the plus of having pool. The walk to the beach is short. It is also a close walk to food and drink. We would absolutely come back to Union Pier and to Pine Cove Cottage. Thanks

We had a wonderful time at Pine Grove! Everything was clean and neat. The Guest Cottage was a great place for the teenagers and the pool was outstanding. The kitchen was big enough for several people to cook and the side porches were perfect. I would highly recommend this place for large families!

This is a wonderful property: clean, well maintained and with terrific amenities! The cottages were both charming and comfortable, providing plenty of space for our extended family. The pool was a hit with everyone and our entire family had a really great vacation.
