My family and I recently rented Pier Pleasure for a week and loved it (including my 4-year old and 7-month old). The layout of the house is great for small children and the house is well-appointed, particularly the kitchen. The porch and private fire pit (for s'mores!) are wonderful, and the although the house is part of an association it was very quiet. The association pool is great, and you are a 3 minute drive from a very nice (quiet/few crowds) but small public beach. We will definitely be back again!

This is a beautiful home, wonderfully kept. This home definitely needs an upgraded coffee pot that has an automatic "switch off" capacity. It would be nice to have hot water at the outside shower as it is tough to shower in cold water during parts of June. Rsvp rentals emphasized not to lose the pool key, but never told us where it was. When we called in to ask, no one called us back.

We loved this house! It had everything we wanted. A very nice home well stocked with everything we could possible need. The fire pit out back was great for evening roasts. It was jsut a short walk/bike ride to the beach. The pool was lovely. Quaint little neighborhood. I would highly recommend this home. Our family had a fantastic time and would love to be able to come back next year!

We have rented in Union Pier for 9 summers and this is our second time renting Pier Pleasure. I loved the decor, the back patio and the cleanliness of the entire home. Our family enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the very close clubhouse pool. The entire subdivision is nice and I can't tell you how many times we roasted marshmellows in the backyard. One thing I wish the owners spent money on when they built the home was hot water for the outside shower. That is our only complaint to an otherwise perfect home.

We used RSVP rental agency. They made everything so easy. We love this property. We had a wonderful vacation. Honestly, the web photos dod not do the house justice. Great community pool as well. Look forward to being back next year.
