Tippins Lodge is a charming cottage in the village of Upper Sapey in Worcestershire that is perfect for a romantic getaway for two people. Tippins Lodge was originally a barn, used as part of the owner’s farm which was built in the 1700’s. Since then, it has been lovingly converted to offer accommodation for 2 people; an idyllic haven for couples looking to spend some relaxing, quality time together. All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Excellent accomodation, warm friendly welcome from owners Marion and Roger who were always willing to take time to make this a great holiday experience. If you enjoy gardens and gardening, you will love Tippins Lodge. Plenty to do in the area, recommend a day on the Severn Valley Railway from nearby Bewdley. We will be returning in the future, 5*+

Warm welcome and friendly hosts. The accomodation was very comfortable and centre for a lot of places to visit including Hop Pocket where good food is served plus shops to look around. We will be returning to stay again.

A lovely cottage, really well equiped, in a great location and nothing was too much trouble.
We liked the open plan lounge and kitchen as we love to cook and we could all be together rather than one in the kitchen, out of the way.
Our stay coincided with the Hereford food festival and we are National Trust members so it was a great location for us.
The welcome was lovely even though there was a family wedding in progress!!
Couldn't fault it at all and we intend to return. -

From the warmest of welcomes (including home-made cake!, our short stay was full of memorable moments. From the rabbit who seemed to have taken up lodgings by the back door, the inquisitive sheep & the green glades. Even the distant sight of golfers enjoying a leisurely round added to the tranquility. The nearby inns were friendly and we found a farm shop, whose name escapes me. Good fare though. Oh! And the bumble bees! We must take greater care of our countryside & planet. We had forgotten how soothing they are. Thank you one & all. Kay & Kevin.
