We have been staying in one of the two appartments.The Locanda is very well equipped and is set in a beautifull scenery.
The owners are very friendly and helpfull.
The best is the comlete setting of the agriturismo, less atractive were the flies due to the horses who are standing in front of the appartment in a barn.
The little villages in the vicinity are nice. Urbino is just 15 minutes away and is a very lively university town.
Fermignano it self doesn't offer very munch. There's one restaurant we will recommend..Trattosteria, just near the main square left from the ATM. delicious food en very friendly owners.
The beach is apr. 45 minutes drive.
