The Village at Sugarplum Unit 15 offers guest three bedrooms, a loft and 3.5 baths. It is an excellent accommodation for your family or group ski vacation! The open design, with lots of windows looking toward Snowbird, makes it light and cheerful. The living spaces are located on the main level with an open kitchen, dining and living rooms, with a wood burning fireplace for cozying up after a day of activity! We rented unit 15 for 7 days in March 2013, Our 2 families travel to different resorts around the world for skiing and always look for houses or condo's at proximity of ski facilities. We were 8 people (2 families of 4) 4 teens (16-19) and we were delighted with the unit we got. The unit is well divided and equipped for a large group. There are plenty of beds, showers etc... Canyon services made sure all the details were taken care of, linens, soap, fire starters etc... mid-week clean up and linen change was performed very professionally. This unit is a true ski in ski out to Snowbird, walk up the street and get on your skis to the tram. You need to take a 3 min shuttle to alta, the service is a 5 min phone call away and usually waits for you at the bottom of the hill, we thought this would be painful but it is very fast and found it absolutely perfect. Thank you for the super week, we would recommend to anyone and were 100%+ satisfied. Can't wait to go back. Special thanks to the staff at Canyon services who made sure all our needs were met and exceeded...

Los AngelesVery comfortable condo but relatively difficult to access lifts.

We got little guidance on getting to the lifts or back to the condo from the lifts which proved frustrating and ultimately time consuming. Billed as "ski-in/ski-out" also proved not quite accurate given the difficulties of each.

Canyon Services strives to give every guest Five Star Service and attention. The Village at Sugarplum is ski-in/out access to Snowbird Ski Resort via a skier made trail, through the trees, that connects with the Who Dunnit Run. It doesn't get too much better than this. There is a very short walk to get on the snow. We do recommend that skiers are intermediate and above ability. We are very careful to explain this when we book these Units.
We will take into account that John did not feel he had very good directions to get to the trail and we will address it this ski season to make sure that our on mountain staff goes the extra mile to explain ski-in/ski-out.

very very small. no privacy. pedestrian furnishings. can only comfortably sleep 5. we had 11. they are rated for 12.

Canyon Services dealt with this issue once the guest contacted us and we reached an amiable solution for a future stay, as well as refunding some of the rent on that stay. We are always grateful for feedback and we work hard to make each guest stay special.
This is one of our most enjoyed vacation rentals and it is unfortunate
that confusion over the layout and beds in tthe unit adversely affected the guest's stay. Our guests usually enjoy this unit.
The unit is 2250 square feet and has three bedrooms plus an open loft - which is the way it is sold. There are 7 beds, includeing a K, Q, Q, two twins with two twin trundles, and a Queen sofa sleeper in a den off the living room. The loft and the den are not private rooms - which was explained during the reservation process. In addition, our website show pictures of what guests can expect.
