Most unique ocean front property on Utila with a huge salt water lagoon in front of house inhabited by over 24 species of fish. SWIMNING POOL. Far enough from town so it is quiet, yet close enough to walk to there in 10 minutes. Over 210° panoramic view of the sea. Each bedroom opens into the deck and has a sea view. Completely equipped for vacationers - just bring your toothbrush. Wade out to the best diving in Utila - 40 yards in front of house. Tanks can be delivered to the house for $10. Snorkeling is superb. Just spent two weeks at Paradise Regained and it was wonderful with the addition of a private salt water pool. Just step out the door and enjoy the serenity of a beautiful pool. This is a delightful home right on the reef that captures the lovely sunsets every evening on Utila. I highly recommend this home which is located just 10 minutes out of town. Other rentals may have beach front property but with the addition of a pool, nothing compares to Paradise Regained. Don't miss this rental.

Fun island...and even better when you have a place like this. Private and relaxing. Lovely house with a beautiful view of the water and even a private lagoon. Best vacation ever. I'm going back as soon as possible.
