My husband, myself and adult son stayed in this apartment for 4 days in December. It proved to be an excellent choice and we would definitely stay there again. The apartment is modern, very clean and comfortable and well equipped. We really appreciated having 2 bedrooms, both with comfortable beds even though the smaller room was a bit of a squeeze for a 6ft tall adult. There is a bus stop at the front door and it is also within easy walking distance from shops and good restaurants. Roeland the owner provides an excellent level of service from start to finish. He was very generous and made us feel very welcome. Thanks Roeland

Appartement vraiment très confortable, agréable, et très bien équipé (le parking est inclus)
Situation parfaite, en plein centre...et calme.
Le service est irréprochable, et le propriétaire, Roeland, soucieux du bon déroulement du séjour, est très accueillant.
Propreté***
Café et thé à disposition, et boissons fraîches dans la réfrigérateur.
Sans doute, une des meilleures adresses d'Utrecht.

This appartment provides the perfect place to stay in Utrecht! It's clean and very well suited for relaxing, not only when you are on holiday, but also after a day of work. Restaurants in the citycenter are nearby, but you can also cook for yourself in a well equiped kitchen. The owner is very flexibel and takes service seriously.
