Description from the owner
Fully catered English owned and run chalet for winter & summer holidays.
In winter we provide Salzburg airport transfers, daily transfers to a variety of ski resorts (including: Zell am See, Kitzbuhel, Saalbach Hinterglemm and the Kaprun glacier), bed & breakfast, afternoon tea & cake, 3 course evening meal with wine on 6 of the 7 nights, ski guiding (we are both English & Austrian qualifeid ski instructors), and assistance with ski hire, etc if required.
In Summer we provide a number of options that best suit your needs. Please contact us to discuss the details.

We are located in the village of Uttendorf, whch is perfectlyplaced to access a number of ski resorts and many summer activities. The village is approximately 20 minutes drive from the town of Zell am See.

Just returned from our third visit to Chalet anna and it gets better every time. The chalet has an inviting, warm and cosy feel to it. Heather and andy are fabulous hosts and the food is truly divine!! Nothing is too much trouble, the rooms are wonderful and very comforatble. The transfers to and from airport make the trip so easy. Either or andy or Heather would drive us to and accompany us on our skiing expeditions, being wonderful guides and giving us skiing tips and restaurant guides. I have only been home a few hours and wish i was back there already and will be planning our next visit asap!
Heather and andy are also very friendly people who are very funny and make us feel super welcome and relaxed. I can's praise them enough for their efforts which result giving my family the most wonderful skiing holiday ever! Thanks Heather and andy for a 5* stay.
Can't wait to be back again soon, maybe we'll make a summer visit. -

Chalet was comfortable and immaculately maintained. Andy and Heather's enthusiastic and thoughtful approach ensured that our stay was fully personalised to our needs. Uttendorf was a very friendly village and the area had a variety of resorts which ensured our skiing was both varied and suited to our varying abilities. Having stayed here for both winter and summer breaks we fully recommend a stay at Chalet anna at any time of year.

Chalet anna is located in a small village in the valley, close to bigger cities.
Heather and andy received us perfectly. The breakfast was very rich and they offer fruits and vegetables from their garden. Our small daughter (8 and 6) could play with many games Heather and andy have.
The rooms were very clean and spacious. -

Heather and andy are the perfect hosts at Chalet anna. There were eight of us (including 4 children age 10-17) and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The food was excellent, the location was great, the skiing closeby in Kaprun was also great. We would recommend it to anyone thinking of going.

I have stayed at Chalet anna 5 times, at different times of the year, and every occasion has been excellent. I have been with family, friends, and alone, and I cannot think of one negative moment, yet I can remember hundreds of wonderful ones. Andy and Heather are marvellous hosts-welcoming, friendly, entertaining, entirely professional with painstaking attention to detail. In fact, my only criticism is that they probably worktoo hard! I can't wait for my next visit.

Chalet anna-Heather and andy are English oner with worm hospitality, They where glad to halp us in any request or question.Teir rooms ,breakfast and hospitality are marvelous and being ih Chalet anna with Heather and andy was magnidicent.Chalet anna located in Uttendorf road 168 between tell am see and Mittersill 15 km from Kizbhel, Krimmbler Wasserfallen,Kaprun, Tell am see.
