MinneapolisThis home is why I will return!
Left on 02/25/2013 for a stay in February 2013
After arriving I changed my plans from wanting to "go go go " to relaxing, so I could take in the beauty of this home and it's setting. It is inviting, comfortable, and very spacious, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, spectacular views, hummingbirds galore, and a refreshing pool with a fire pit that is something to see at night. The amenities of laundry, air conditioning, wi-fi, cable, and a state of the art kitchen were such an added bonus. In the mornings I enjoyed coffee with the sounds of birds and howler monkeys and in the evening watching the spectacular sunsets from the upper deck or pool deck of the home will be the reason I return to this beautiful rental home!! There isn't a better place to watch a sunset. I will return and I will rent this spectacular home for sure. I recommend this rental to anyone wanting some relaxation and extreme comfort.

Brentwood, TNWow! Peace on Earth
Left on 06/17/2012 for a stay in May 2012
Wow! We love this gated home and location. Three couples went for some fun, rest and relaxation. The property is superb with fantastic amenities. We could not get enough of the pool and fire pit over looking the Pacific. The house is new, clean, and equipped with all the little touches you would want if it were your own home. The views from every room are breath taking and it is surrounded by beautiful rain forrest. The decor and furnishings are just lovely. The concierge service made recommendations and arranged great activies and dinners. A massage or two by Raquel is a "must have."
This house and location was perfect for our group. It was secluded and private. Some would sit by the pool and read while others were riding atv's. Another day some walked the gorgeous beach while others ziplined on a canopy tour. It is totally up to you to be active or just have peace and relaxation. Cook in, or dine out at one of the great near by restaurants. You have a lot of choices while vacationing here, but you may choose to never leave this beautiful house with the outstanding views of the Pacific.
We discussed making it an annual trip because we all want to come back! -

Columbia, MissouriBeyond Our Expectations!
Left on 03/01/2012 for a stay in January 2012
Three words sum up our experience at Villa Tres Niñas, "Beyond our expectations!” We watched the web video of the villa and it looked great, but when we arrived we realized the video had not done the villa justice, as it did not capture the peacefulness, comfort, beauty, seclusion, and elegance of the villa. My wife and I have traveled all over the world utilizing the Four Seasons or like-minded luxury accommodations whenever available. I mention this as we are well traveled and enjoy the finer things in life especially on our holidays. We have never had a better experience than staying at the Villa Tres Niñas... It was Beyond Our Expectations!
The accommodations were great and comfortable. The Villa is new as is all the furniture and appliances (even down to the Bose stereos). The wall hangings and other décor were delightful.
What can't be captured in the video is the privacy of the villa. This gated palace is totally secluded, feels isolated from the rest of the world and offers total privacy. If one wants, you can sun, swim, and even shower outside enjoying the liberation of wearing nothing but a smile and getting a full body tan.
The floorplan of the villa was so well done and thought out. In fact, there was an ocean view from every bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen and even the master bathroom. Excellent!
The location of the villa was ideal as you were within just a few minutes of almost any kind of restaurant (Italian, Thai, French, traditional Costa Rican, Pizza, breakfast joints, etc.) We were well pleased with the cuisine.
Take a breath-taking ocean view, new luxurious accommodations, total privacy, great location, rain forest look and feel and you have the recipe for the perfect Villa get-a-way.
I would rate Villa Tres Niñas five out of five stars and recommend it to all my family and friends. It truly was... Beyond Our Expectations!

34607Everything we hoped it would be!
Left on 02/26/2012 for a stay in February 2012
We picked this house based on the photos & location (Uvita), and it was all we hoped it would be.
The house & property were in wonderful condition and exactly as shown in the photos. It was fairly warm while we were there, but the multiple aC units were more than up to the task of keeping the house cool. Furnishings were comfortable and the decor gave the place a chilled-out & romantic vibe. There were many nice touches that we were not expecting – a safe for storing valuables, dimming lights throughout the house, etc. But make no mistake; the real stars of this show were the view & location. Almost every room in the house overlooked the Pacific. The pool, deck, and upstairs balcony were wonderful locations for enjoying relaxing mornings, afternoons, or evenings. And speaking of relaxing – The massages by Raquel were just what the doctor ordered, and were so good that we had her come back for a second round! We did experience one problem during what was an otherwise wonderful stay - a water system failure that lasted just over a day. I suspect it just comes with the fairly remote territory, and have to say that Laurence (property manager) and her team were very responsive & made every effort to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Bottom line – We’d love to return, and have already recommended the place to friends. -

Toronto, CanadaSpectacular house in the most beautiful location!
Left on 01/01/2012 for a stay in December 2011
Paradise is the best word to describe this place. If possible, it is even nicer than the photos - everything is first quality and in beautiful taste. Our family of four spent Christmas here and had a magical time. I woke at 5 am each morning to watch and listen to the jungle wake up. My favourite memories are of the pair of toucans in the neighboring tree. The bedrooms were super comfortable and the bathrooms lovely. The pool is terrific and I even managed to do laps! It is a lifesaver when the sun is out and things start to heat up. Laurence at Tekoa was amazingly helpful and answered all of our questions plus organized surfing lessons, a canopy tour and white water rafting for us - all of which were top-notch. The included massages by Rachel were so good that we booked her to come back - highly recommended. We have rented all over the world and this place is the best yet. Before this trip I wasn't keen on hot vacation destinations, but I have fallen in love with this area of Costa Rica and this villa in particular. The fresh local fish and fruit alone make the trip worthwhile - green coconuts at a local stand for the coconut water, papayas, mangos, pineapples, passionfruit - it was all abundant, delicious and embarassingly inexpensive. We became fans of the local food - all good, simple and delicious. Nothing deep-fried - a problem we've had on other Caribbean holidays Can you tell? We want to come back!

Weeki Wachee, FloridaThe best time I ever had at a rental property
Left on 12/19/2011 for a stay in September 2011
We have been to rentals all over the world but this one is by far the best in price, amenities and location. The service was unbelievable and the amenities were at your fingertips from concierge service to massages to food. Housekeeping was provided and it was like staying on a fantasy island. The view is breathtaking and I would recommend this rental to anyone and every one who asks me about rental properties.
