This one bedroom, one bath gold-rated private condominium is uniquely decorated with the owner's individual taste and features a fully equipped kitchen, living room, fireplace, and private balcony. Free parking for one vehicle, free Wi-Fi, and free ski lockers! Walk 150 yards out the back door to access the Vail LionsHead Gondola and ski school. The restaurants and shops of Lionshead Village are right outside the back door. The master bedroom has a king bed. The living room has a queen sofa-sleeper. Specific unit numbers may be requested but not guaranteed.

This is my second time staying here. Both times have been a great experience! The unit is very comfortable and has everything you'll need to make it a great stay. Located at a short walk from the gondola, restaurants, stores and bus stop. Very easy to get to! Already looking forward to coming back next year!

Reasonably well maintained property. Our unit was dated, with some quirks but the management sent a tech to fix them promptly. The internet was not really usable in the room, very slow. Outdoor hot tubs and pool are very nice - warm and good size. Great locaiton, quiet, and our rate was good. Beds were small and not very comfortable.

This is a nice place to stay with family. It was within easy walking distance of the gondola. The staff were pleasant and helpful.
The unit had enough kitchen equipment to easily make meals. The kitchen had older appliances that were awkwardly placed which was a minor inconvenience.
The outdoor jacuzzi and pool was luxurious at the end of the ski day. -

This condo is perfect for 2. Since the bathroom is in the master BR the place really cannot be shared without a significant loss of privacy. The kitchen and bath need to be upgraded but they are adequate. Location cannot be beat. Management onsite was wonderful.

The condo is a terrific value. The condo is nothing fancy, but very convenient to everything you need on your ski trip. It is literally feet from a ski rental shop and a short walk to shops, retaurants, and the gondola. If you want to stay in Lionshead for the convenience of ski-in ski-out, you won't find a better deal.

We like to stay at Westwind when visiting Vail because it is located in Lionshead, is convenient to the gondola and has a great "boutique" feel. We love the enclosed parking area and ease of check-in/out. We have stayed in other units and have been very pleased. Unit W103 is a "silver" level condo; however, it is disappointing even at this level. It needs significant updates (kitchen counters, kitchen appliances, and bathroom). That said, Westwind management is always GREAT -- the general manager in particular. We look forward to future visits.
