Simba Run is a condominium property providing resort style amenities with hotel style services. There is a grand lobby with fireplace, guest computer and complementary Starbucks coffee bar. An experienced and knowledgeable front desk staff is available to provide on site services.
A private, complementary shuttle bus provides convenient access to Vail Village and the lifts during the ski season. Located only minutes from Vail Resort, the bus picks up and drops off at Vail Village and Lionshead (gondola).

This condo is lovely! Spacious and comfortable. Exactly as the pictures looked and with even more amenities than expected. Laundry is inside each unit and house keeping will leave you detergent! The free shuttle makes getting to and from Lionshead and Vail a breeze. Will definitely be staying here again!

Enjoyed the unit's fabulous view, living area, TV, Dvd's, and kitchen. The pool, sauna and multiple spa tubs were also great, but it would have been better if they opened up a bit earlier - say 7 am, instead of 9.

Condo was even better than I expected with beautiful views of the mountains and a wood burning fireplace. Amenities included well maintained indoor/outdoor hot tubs and swimming pool, convenient underground parking, and helpful staff.

We stayed at Simba Run for the first time this 2012-13 season and were delighted with the quality of our suite and the attitude and helpfulness from the staff. You can almost roll out of bed and fall into the shuttle taking you right to the lifts in 5 minutes. Definitely worth the price of admission, and planning to return next season. Thank you Mr. Farrow Hitt(General Manager) and your staff for a wonderful vacation.

Very well-maintained, nicely appointed condos. You have to accept the idea of a shuttle back and forth, but they run regularly and the loop just takes a 10-20 minutes with waits rarely over that. The staff, desk and drivers very helpful resources about Vail.

We have stayed at Simba Run several years in a family member's condo, but this year we rented another room just because our extended family is getting huge. Everything was nice about our stay in 2202 except for a couple of carpet stains and the wifi is horrible (continually disconnecting on all the devices we tried, including laptops and smart phones). The TV was a little hard to figure out. To watch TV, we had to make sure the TV was on the correct input and turn off the DVD player. The pool, hot tub, public access computer for printing boarding passes, shuttle to skiing, and garage are all excellent. My kids' favorite is always the hot cocoa machine near the front office. The front desk staff was very nice when I asked for paper for the computer printer. The floor plan of the buildings is a little strange. To get from the room to the front desk, we had to go up a flight of stairs and then down another flight or an elevator. Not all rooms have this confusing path, but the 2200 rooms do.

Had a great time at Simba Run. Easy to access the Condominium complex and grocery/liquor stores right down the road. Newly remodeled Condo had great amenities and was confortable. Separate bathrooms for each bedroom was a plus as well. Great outdoor hot tub & facility was maintained very well with helpful staff. Shuttle operated 16 hrs a day and was minutes from either Lionshead Village or Vail Village. No need for a car once you arrive. Wi-fi was sketchy but worked, but hey, it's Vail and you should be skiing!! Super-easy, super-convenient and a great value. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Simbu Run is ideally situated in the middle of the Vail Valley. It is convenient to Lionshead and the Village via their shuttle. The entire rapid transit system is available thru the bus stop just steps from the back door. The best part about the shuttle is that you wait under cover for it -- you don't stand in the middle of a snow storm waiting for the bus. With 2 shuttles making the 5 minute loop to and from the mountain, the wait is never very long.
the indoor swimming pool is the largest I've ever seen at a condo complex. The hot tubs are meticulously maintained as is the rest of the facility.
although I did not use the Wi-Fi network, I used the complimentary work station to great success. It's nice to have such a convenience without bringing my own machine to access the net.
My apartment was immaculate, spacious, and the kitchen was well appointed. the views are breathtaking.
The staff are most accomodating and helpfull. Getting oriented to a new town is easy with them.

Great Snow. Great food. Great shopping. Great skiing. All to be expected at Vail. However, our stay at Simba Run took this vacation over the top. The staff was great! The shuttle driver engaging and helpful. Everyone there went out of his or her way to make us feel special. Farrow and Bridget Hitt are exceptional at what they do and it is obvious they take pride in their work and it is reflected by the entire lodge. Thank all of the staff for a wonderful stay. Simba Run is my new home in Vail!!!
