Vail Management was responsive and helpful, meeting our cost needs for our last minute request. This was one of the easiest check-ins! Information was exchanged online, and we were given simple and thorough instructions. The condo was well appointed, with a well-stocked kitchen and an amazing view of Vail Mountain. Huge flat screen TVs in each room was great for our teenagers, and for those of us cooking in the kitchen to see. Gorgeous bathrooms, with a bonus - daily towel and trash service. (We had plenty of towels for the hot tub, heated outdoor pool, and our showers.) Our favorite feature - the free ski valet at the base of the gondola to leave our gear everynight, complete with boot warmers. Loved that. The grocery store was about a minute down the service road, so staying stocked was not a burden. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was as expected. the place was quite clean and very well decorated. It was nice to be able to walk to the ski lift. and the service at the gondola base was exceptional with the ski locker.
I did not care for the foam mattress. -

I have to say we were pleasantly surprised when we arrrived at our home for the week (Sunvail) We not only loved the location but loved our condo. It had all we needed. We did have a few questions about a few different things but we called the management company and they took care of our issues right away. We are looking forward to calling you next year and hopefully staying in the axact same unit. We had a wonderful vacation and a wonderful stay. Thank you...
