AtlantaGood service and good company makes up for funky, faded condo
Left on 03/06/2013 for a stay in February 2013
This property is managed by Christiania, who provides uniformly excellent service. We rent from them every year. The location was also excellent - right on Bridge Street in the heart of Vail Village, one floor up, about five (5) minutes from Lift 1, the new gondola, and two (2) minutes from the Red Lion.
However, the condo itself was poorly designed, with most of the square footage in the huge master suite in the back and in the dining room, with only a very small living area. The condo had every appearance of being owned by people who are squeezing every dime out of the property without putting anything into it. The decor seemed to be from the early 90s, at the latest; the kitchen was only adequately equipped; the living room TV was an old, fat, fuzzy CRT with a VCR player (combined with an early CD player); the master suite only had a cassette player for your entertainment (hadn't seen one of those in awhile), although the second bedroom had an old, small TV; every chest of drawers needed repair (the drawers were off-track and tended to fall out); the bathrooms were small and antiquated; the bedrooms were dark, with the windows opening to a small airshaft that provided almost no natural light; and worst of all there were no hooks to hang any coats or ski clothing, a small item but a real inconvenience on a ski trip. On the plus side there was a small washer and dryer and a working fireplace.
That said, I was there with my three grown sons, and it turned out to be a good condo for four guys with modest expectations. However, I don't think it would work as well for a family or a couple lookikng for a romantic get-away. -

Recife - BrazilNo telephone , no internet.
Left on 01/24/2013 for a stay in January 2013
At first people from the front desk couldn't help us about internet because there is not at ad-2. Talking from room to the front desk only making a local call or walking till there. The home was quite good , but nothing spetial. The location is good and the amenities too. Definitely the location is the best thing at Center Place 2. That's all.

great location in Vail Village. It's a nice place but you're really paying for the location. Noise is definitely an issue. Bring earplugs when sleeping!

MilwaukeeFabulous location. Excellent and responsive management
Left on 01/07/2011 for a stay in December 2010
The location at the center of Vail works very well for our family. The bedrooms are st back and quiet inspite of the central location. We are repeat users of Christiania and this specific unit and will defintely use them again and have already requested our reservation for next year. The management is excellent, and promptly and fairly address any needs or concerns.
I would highly recommend Christiania.
