Centrally located right in Vail Village with easy access to the slopes, very spacious and provides comfortable sleeping arrangement for 4 adults. However, for the 2nd year in a row, we checked into a filthy condo. I was shocked after the complaints last year that no one had inspected the unit to make sure it was clean. There were crumbs and other food stuffs on top of the refrigerator. Dog hairs on the bed in one room. Dirty disgusting comforters on beds with no duvets. The floors needed vacuuming and there was a candy wrapper on the floor next to one of the beds. Bathrooms had not been thoroughly cleaned and bathroom floors needed mopping. Light bulbs were out, a circuit breaker had been thrown (tell me housekeeping could miss these things??). Also, the sheets in the master bedroom did not fit the bed, the locks on the door and ski locker kept sticking and were hard to open. Most of these items were taken care of immediately after I called the front desk, but I should not have had to make the call. The unit also could use some sprucing up - there are tacks sticking through the worn carpeting in the hallway right where ski boots come off.
We were also shocked to find out that there is no internet access in the unit in this day and age.
Also, it can be noisy with the beer truck deliveries at the crack of dawn and late night carousers on the weekends. -

After the first night when it was less than clean and I was remaking the bed in the master bedroom with clean sheets, the place was spotless and we enjoyed. I have to say the staff handled things well, but we should never have walked into a unit with the prior people's crumbs on the floor, the dishwasher not emptied and dog hairs in the bedding! With a cleaning person with whom staff is having problems, the unit should have been inspected before we checked in.
The unit is spacious, comfortable and in a great location. The only draw back is schlepping up and down stairs with skis in ski boots, but I would stay there again (if we need the space again). -
