We had a wonderful week in Vail. This condo was beautiful and perfect for our week of rest. I left a shopping bag which contained 2 pair of boots and 2 of my husbands baseball hats. I called to inform management a few days later and I was told that they would email me when housekeeping turned them in. I have heard nothing. I would love to have them returned if they are located.

So we get there to check in, and the house is really cold. We can't figure out why so we turn on the heater and the fire places to see if those will heat it up. We then look around and find the bedroom window in Tyrlean #2 2nd bdroom is broken and won't shut. There is a note that says please don't try to force it. So we can't close the window, we call Vail Mgmt, both the office and maintenance numbers, leave a message, no call back. Nothing. So we had to sleep in sweatpants and long sleeve shirts to stay warm. Horrible maintenance and no response
