Managed by Gore Creek Properties, this is a perfect condo for summer or winter vacations. It is very affordable and can sleep up to 4 people, with a queen bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. This comfortable condo has waterfall views, is 760 square feet, full kitchen with a breakfast bar and a dining table. There is a fireplace complete with firewood, hi-def tv and a dvr. The free shuttle stop is right across the parking lot! The condo also has access to the community hot tub, summer pool, and an on site market and liquor store. Sorry no pets allowed and this is a NON SMOKING unit.

Once we got past the mirrors, it was a great spot. Love the first floor, no dragging up and down stairs, bus stop couldn't be better and the shuttle service is excellent, good hot tub - we met different groups of people every night - condo well equipped for cooking. Just wish the bedroom had some room darkening shades.

Very happy holiday!Comfortable, quiet, well-equipped.Very convenient to go to the resort - a free bus to go out you can do all of the staff are enthusiastic, considerate and patient, I would recommend to my snow friends next year to ski and enjoy the vacation. Thank you!

The condo is kinda outdated but the price is right. Mirrors everywhere! Flat screen HDTV is a plus. We enjoyed the fireplace and supply of wood. The bus stop is right outside the door, so getting around Vail couldn't have been easier. The hot tub is nice but it's about a block away and there is no changing area or locker room near the pool complex, so bring a bathrobe and a pair of crocs or slippers. The condo has all the necessities and is perfect for a couple with a kid or two.

Myself and my firends have previously used Gore Creek Properties so we went to our Condo confident that it would be as described on the website and we wern't disappointed. The location was great for us with the free town bus stop right outside our property. The Condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed to make our stay hassle free.
We will use Gore Creek Properties again -

The location of our pitkin creek condo was very convenient. Worked well for our stay for a ski week. Thermostats in each room for each register were not very accurate though - often too warm.

I had a good service from the beginning with Mr. Tim Parker. When we arrived at the office, the lady who was there was very nice and gave us all the infos. we needed.
We had trouble with internet and the telephone and they solved it.
Very nice people to talk.
