Bottineau, NDCozy condo with great location.
Left on 04/18/2013 for a stay in March 2013
All in all, pretty good. Beds would benefit from firmer (or memory foam) mattresses. The living room rug needs to be fixed to the floor as it's kind of a hazard. And the living room in general is awkwardly laid out, but given the architecture it is admittedly difficult to find an optimal arrangement. Some noise transfer from above, but the people were pretty quiet. Location, location location! Great view out the front window and on the porch of the mountain and hearing the creek from the bedrooms is great. Cozy and practical finishings except for the hall bathroom toilet which is apparently for very short people. Missing a fireplace and access to a hot tub. Check-in/out super easy. Nice to have the locking ski lockers in the condo common area. Great to be able to walk to Vail Village and lifts. Generally a lovely value.

This property was all about location; it is an easy "uphill" walk to the Golden Peaks Lifts and to the Vail Village. The unit has some negatives, the master bedroom does not have a closet and the master bath is very small with a 2x2 corner shower. The kitchen is small but we cooked half the nights. The living room is tight with four adults. Storage is at a premium. The windows and blinds should be upgraded to function properly. With all of that, I would stay here again becouse of the price.

I have rented from Prudential properties for the past 6 years and have always been satisfied with the accomodations. Our recent stay at Vail Trails Chalet #7a was very disappointing. I will most likely not rent from Prudential in the future. This condo was nothing we expected. A bedroom is not a bedroom when their is no closet or dresser! No fireplace, A very small bathroom, ill equipped kitchen. I could go on but wont. This propeerty is not worth the money we spen ta all!

Hangers and a wardrobe for the master suite are in dire need in order for the comfort of women with lots of clothes. New windows as well as screens for said windows are also needed.

The condo was very small. The bathroom in the master bedroom was so small you could not move in the shower. The condo lacked closet space and did not have any hooks to place ski clothing or wet gear. The kitchen table and living room could only fit 4 people.

Left on 04/01/2010 for a stay in March 2010
Hey there - You guys do a fantastic job communicating with renters. The details are very helpful and nothing was missed. Booking was very easy and your team was very flexible. The location of the condo is perfect. Parking spot - amazing. I would just strongly recommend really doing a deep clean on the condo. Move the furture away from the walls and grab the dust bunnies. The bed comforters are a bit tired and it would be a fantastic switch to duvets with duvet covers and much more sanitary! We had a fantastic vacation and are very grateful to the snow gods. All the best, Molly

The location is great as it is close to the lifts and the village. It was nicely decorated and the kitchen was well equipped.
The downside was that the master bedroom did not have a closet and there weren't any luggage racks on which to put our suitcases. The bathroom in the master bedroom was very small. -

We had a great time at this property. Location is excellent - easy walk in ski
boots to lifts and bars in Vail Village or Golden Peaks - and the condo was well
laid out, well decorated, and very convenient & quiet. We parked the car and
never moved it again ... Highest marks! -

We walked into a clean well maintianed condo, perfectly positioned a 2 min walk away from Vail Village, and the Vista Bahn Express chair. With our kitchen we could cook in, but also ad the option for many resturants just a quick walk away.
had a great time
Thanks

Greenwood Village, COGreat trip to Vail
Left on 02/03/2010 for a stay in January 2010
We were very happy w/the lodging!! We have been to vail many times for shorter trips, but have always stayed in hotels. Since we were staying for longer, we looked into condos. The Vail Trails Chalet #7a was great for many reasons!! AWESOME location, easy to find and furnishings in the condo were new, clean & just like the pictures. Even though the parking was uncovered, I liked that the parking space was just outside the door - very convenient. I would prefer a view of the mountain over a parking garage any day!!
The only suggestions would be to look into a new shower head in the bathroom w/the tub. It was a bit crazy so we all showered in the other one. Also, the fridge started making a few strange sounds the last day wer were there. Those were are only complaints, which weren't really complaints!!
We would definitely stay here again!! -

In general terms, the service was okay; the place was clean enough, warm, and everything worked fine except for certain accesories in the bathroom that were broken.
Location was the best, very quite and close to lifts and the village; couldn't be better.

It was a decent place, we really enjoyed how close it was to the village and bus lines. Would have liked a hot tub/pool on site, or at least closer. It also lacked a fireplace. We had 4 adults, which was snug at times...
