Interior renovation in 2010! Enjoy a roomy 2-bedroom, 2-bath condominium on top of the Evergreen Lodge, located in downtown Vail, halfway between Vail Village and Lionshead Village. This condo has access to all the amenities of the hotel, but is privately-owned, and includes a full-kitchen, living room, and fireplace.
The master bedroom has two queen beds and a private full bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin-sized set of bunks. The second bathroom is in the hall.

The ceilings in 503 are low and for no other reason I would not rent the same unit again. It is clean, refinished and has everything you need for a vacation rental. The evergreen condo is also well kept, but it's old and it shows.we did not enjoy being on the i70 side of the building either, we had a great experience with matt who showed us units. Overall, good value but a very average place.

Great unit . . .we were in town for surgery, so adjacent to the hospital was amazing. Great pool, hot tub & game room that the kids really enjoyed. Actually the restaurant probably has the best value-priced food in Vail . . . $5 for 10 hot wings. Greg @ Vail mgmt was awesome, although the folks who checked us in at Westwind weren't very nice about it (at first). But, overall our stay was great!

The condo unit we stayed in was comfortable and the central location was a plus. After learning the bus route we felt like regulars. Knowledge of the location of the grocery store would have been a plus as a condo dweller it is nice to have food in.

Very close to Lionshead. Liked having large hot tub and indoor pool. Hotel amenities with pluses of a 2 bedroom condo. No working exhaust fans in either bathrooms. Did not have appropriate cables to hook up DVD player to TV.

The location was good, the space and the layout were very convenient with ample closet/storage space. The bathroom layout, with dressing areas was helpful for sharing the bathrooms. The Master bathtub/shower is plumbed backwards and my grandchild about scalded herself.
The other bath/shower goes from extremely hot to cold on the same setting.
Overall the place needs an update and much more maintenance. Unfortunately there was no TV in the 2nd bedroom. The headboards in both bedrooms need to be adjusted, so that when one person moves it
doesen't wake up the other. We stuffed a towel between the bed and the wall. Iwould give this place 3 stars, I feel generous, because of the location and the amenities in the lodge (bar, restaurant, pool and hot tub). At best it would rate a "silver" and should be priced that way as well. -

Great location within Vail, no more than half a block to the original main entry into the town. Just a wonderful place for the kids to hang out and feel safe. Our place was very big, much bigger than most of the other rentals for the same price range. The only drawback was that our unit has not had a cosmetic upgrade in many many years. The paint and carpet were in need of replacing. Overall though i would take the bigger space over having a newer look. The staff was mostly helpful, it is not a corporate run place, it is much more of a mom and pop atmosphere. We recommend it and had a great stay.
